I have never in my life been more upset with an establishment. We were first told it would be 15-20 minutes to be seated- it took closer to 30 minutes. After we ordered, 20 minutes later the server came back and told us that they were out of Pizza? How?! Half their menu consists of pizza! So fine, we will get over this and order something different. After this, another 15 minutes or so go by and the waiter comes back letting us know that they only have enough ingredients for ONE philly cheese even though two of them were ordered. At this point I was done. I paid for my drink and was offered a "complimentary" one and refused it as I just wanted to get out of there. What is even worse is that we didn't even get to see a manager or get offered a partial discount. That is a clear sign of incredibly poor customer service. The owner needs to do some cleaning up-with his staff.
Review Source:I really try to stay positive with reviews, but there's little here worth eating.  Wait staff is friendly, but service is painfully slow and you'd think for a mountainside pub would be the perfect place après ski to drink and chow down, but skip PTP and order a pizza next door at Pizza Soul instead.  And while that's baking, have a few drinks and shoot some pool at PTP which is what this place excels at doing.
Review Source:Setting: Atmosphere and decor is cool if you like a divey, old school style apres ski bar (which I do). Some cool couches to lounge in if you get them, pool table and some bar games, a few tvs, etc.
Food: Went here for the second time on Saturday evening around 6. Finally tried some of
the food: fried pickle chips and some buffalo wings. The fried pickles were average. The buffalo wings were big, but otherwise unimpressive.
Service: It's hard for this not to come across as a rant, but it probably will. To put it frankly, the main bartender here goes out of his way to be a jerk to you if you're not "a local". A friend asked what beers were on tap (we were out of view of the taps) and the bartender said "I don't know - a lot - go look". A request for menus resulted in some being gruffly thrown at us. A "Can I have another PBR when you get a chance?" received "it's busy I can't be getting beers for everyone". (Note: there were a total of maybe 30-40 patrons in the entire bar). It's too bad because we're staying a stone's throw from this place every weekend this winter, but will be looking elsewhere for our go-to watering hole.
