Pirate Jack's Bar is located on West Lake Okoboji on a barge tied to the Queen II dock. The practical upshot of this is that certain land-based rules don't apply, especially as it relates to alcohol service and smoking. Okoboji Boat Works plays a similar legal "game", but does a much better job in terms of space, surrounding facilities, service, music, fresh air, and a more laid back atmosphere.
