The Pirates Deck

This place is awesome! Friendly staff, great drinks!

Relaxed beachy atmosphere, great food & drink. Super friendly staff. Wings & cheesesteaks were excellent. Hushpuppies were tasty. Great prices, too.

Enjoyed a late lunch with my girlfriend and good friend here a few weekends ago.

My girlfriend and I had never been to Oak Island.  We were visiting our good friend there and he suggested the Pirates Deck for lunch.

It is a bar that serves a fairly large menu of food.  

I love buffalo shrimp and I have ordered plenty in my day from dozens of other restaurants and bars.  The buffalo shrimp I ordered from Pirates Deck was the best I ever had.  I have paid double or more for buffalo shrimp at other places and no other has ever come close to how my order at Pirates Deck was prepared.  

I even made a point to tell the waitress this.

Speaking of the waitress, she was great.  She was always there when we needed something and was simply fun and pleasant to talk to.  

Decent pricing and a good time.  Ideal place for a lunch with friends.  I will certainly visit again.
