Pizza Brothers

Second best pizza in the Far Hills/Bedminster area. The cheese is very good and cheesy. The sauce is also not overruled with spices (which is a fault I find in many pizzas- the spices in the sauce should never overpower the cheese and breading, but rather it should compliment it). The breading is also good. Nice and thin crust. I cannot comment on any toppings. I only order my pizzas unadulterated. My personal pizza philosophy (aka P-cubed) is that you cannot adequately judge a pizza with toppings on it. Toppings hide the true goodness of a pizza. It's like putting a spoiler and nice rims on a Kia. At the end of the day it is still going to be a Kia.
They have a sit down area that I cannot comment on, but when we order over the phone, service is fast!
Definitely a place you should try!
