Pizza Hut

My husband only eats pizza hut so we have ordered several times while in area. Pizza is never piping hot although it was less than a block away from our hotel. They never remembered plates or Parmesan cheese. I actually continued to request it just to prove I would not get it. I never did!! They have problems with credit card orders and a couple times had to call store to prove we paid !!

Ordered pizza 2 hours ago & still waiting.  We called the manager & the only compensation offered was a 20% discount.  Really!..... That's not the customer service I was expecting.  Shame on you Pizza Hut.  Finally got our pizzas 2 1/2 hours later and the manager did finally see the light and give them to us for free.  Needless to say we will never order from them again.
