Ponderosa Saloon

I stopped in here with some friends for drinks.  It's a watering hole on the corner of the town's main street, and it is surprisingly large.  The bartenders and patrons were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the bar had a good selection of liquor and beer, which you can't take for granted in these parts.  I didn't get to try the food.  They gave us a tour of their event space, part of which reminded me of Sokol Hall in Omaha.  There's also a "VIP" area to the event space which is built on the second floor.  It has its own separate bar and pool table, as well as access to a rooftop deck.  It would be a great place to throw a party.  Historic vibe and very charming.
