Praise Chapel --Nitty Gritty

The reason I am writing about Praise Chapel is not for the church services, but for the Saturday night, "Nitty Gritty". The Nitty Gritty is an all-ages local venue that showcases some of the best, and worst, of Rancho's local hardcore scene. Home of the ever popular, Her Demise My Rise, the Nitty Gritty will feed and hardcore kid's appetite for two-stepping, circle-pitting, and moshing for only $5 a night.

Aside from the music, the Nitty Gritty is an all around fun and safe place to hang out. There is ample room to "chill" and there is a Jack In The Box that is a short walk away. It's a good way to spend a Saturday night if you don't mind the somewhat Christian message behind it....and the heaps of underage smokers.
