    Its about TIME Tally!!!!

This place is a great addition to College side of town.  I went for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised by the idea behind this place. An "Up Scale Sports Bar". I lived in Cali for a while and restaurants like this were a welcome treat.  You don't always want to watch your favorite game on a wooden bench drinking a PBR.  Sometimes you wanna dress to impress and sip a martini while the HEAT win a championship!!

And the food?????  Absolutely delish.  The fried green tomatoes with goat cheese were amazing as was the 50/50 burger.  HALF BACON!  Prices were right on point. For the 4th they offered any burger with 2 draft beers for only $10!!!! Are you kidding me?  And it came with fries???

As far as the martinis, half off for ladies?  yes please!!!

Be sure and check the website for all the specials and hook yourself up.

Awesome frozen bar thing happening as well.  SO POSH for Tally!!!

Stopped here to meet with friends for a quick meal, love the atmosphere. Great for watching a game or two on TV, as there are probably 30+ TV's in here.

Menu looked like it had many very good items on it. I went for the Chicken and Waffle sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries. The fries tasted odd to me. I work at a restaurant that serves sweet potato fries but these didn't do it for me. The chicken waffle sandwich was amazing though. I always love this combination and they had mastered that sandwich.

The reason this is getting a four star rating is because it just wasn't all there for me I guess. The waitress was a tad slow at putting in our order and stood next to us awkwardly and the food was about a B+ overall. I will have to give it another few tries if I'm ever back up in the area!

Prime Time's 50/50 burger (half beef / half bacon) was the draw for me, and yeah, it was pretty incredible.

Somehow I've been driving by Prime Time for a while now without realizing it was there. It's kind of easy to miss in a little stretch of Tennessee street near a Waffle House and Pita Pit.

Unlike those restaurants, however, Prime Time is flashier than its facade suggests. Prime Time has a very modern, spartan design of tables and designer booths. The whole look is very clean and open, which, as others have said, takes a toll on one's privacy but also sets the tone of the meal as young and upscale.

Prime Time offers a reasonable selection of draft beers, bottles, and numerous specialty cocktails. They also have a generously long happy hour during many days of the week.

The menu is based around burgers, along with some other sandwiches and salads. But seriously, how does anyone go here and NOT try a burger that is halfway composed of ground bacon? I mean, that's a winner out of the gate. This burger, again, is called the 50/50 burger, and comes with tomato, pickle, and garlic mayo. Fear not though, if you don't like these toppings they will happily let you add something else, as I chose too do. With the burgers you get your choice of french fries or sweet potato fries. I had the regular fries, which were good but nothing special.

Service was friendly, though a bit slow.

Prime Time is worth a visit and is absolutely on the list of best burger in Tallahassee.

This place is good. Its a nice get-a-way from the normal college-y place in town. Makes you feel high class for a good budget.

Have gone here a few times. Always ordered their Joe-Blow burger. It tasted great and their fries were presented in a cool way. They have happy hour at night after midnight and I believe during the day as well. There are more TVs in there than you can count. I went here for graduation with my family and I got there early to reserve the table (they didnt do reservation on grad day/night). The annoying part was that my WHOLE party had to be there in  order to be seated.

The staff are nice and they work off of ipads so it takes a bit longer to jot things down sometimes.

Oh we're going to a sports bar? So I can wear sweats and no make up right?

No. Just no. It is awkwardly bright in here and they seem to have positioned the tables so you can see as much of the other patrons as possible. Great for watching TV, not so great for privacy.

I can't say anything about the food except this: 50/50 burger. That's a burger that's 50% ground beef, 50% ground bacon. It puts all-beef burgers to shame. I like it so much in fact, that I keep a few homemade patties in the freezer at all times now, for when I don't feel like getting dressed and going to Prime Time. I'm not sure I can ever eat a regular burger again. (As an aside, the fries are also very good, and if you really like heat the devil wings will make you happy.)

I will not ever order another mixed drink here, however. I thought it was a bad bartender at first, but the several times I've ordered a drink here it has been weak. I'm usually pretty happy after one drink, but if I have to order three to get the same buzz here then something's not right. I've noticed other women downing multiple drinks before they even get started on their meal, so I don't think it's just me. The wine list is so tiny it's not even an option. It is so sad that I can't drink at a bar.

I was referred to Prime Time in the hunt for a trendy spot to bring out-of-town guests. Since I had another group of out-of-towners come in first, I figured it'd be a great chance to check out what I've heard.

I had no clue it was located in the old BW3 spot on Tenn. Street and hoped parking wouldn't be a nightmare. We arrived about 9:30 p.m. got a spot right up front and walked in with ease. Not bad for a Friday night in a sports bar. There wasn't a wait for seating and some guy leaving rubbed his belly and told us to try the chicken and waffles.

Started with drinks and the kamikaze rangoon appetizers. Everything came out very quickly and was tasty. It's hard to decide what to order as there are so many attractive items on the menu. They're all creative combinations too, so hats off to the chef!

I had the Burnout Burger, well done, no bun. The pile of deliciousness includes Jalapeno bacon, jalapeno havarti, smoked jalapenos and crispy cayenne onions served with jalapeno coffee BBQ. At $10 bucks served with tasty, crispy sweet potato fries, it was bliss.

Everyone that mentioned Prime Time said I'd love it because of the atmosphere. It was totally redone, so none of that "this used to be that other place" feel. There are some curved high back white couches, a little nook where you can just hangout with your drink and appetizers without having a full table and there's the well-lit bar. The rest of the seating is standard square tables. I really wanted to sit at the couches but decided to suppress my inner-bossy to just sit at a table in the middle. Besides, it was only going to be 3 of us.

The Heat game was on and there are flat screens around the upper perimeter of the restaurant. Very good for game time when there's plenty to watch. It's a sports bar, so it's pretty noisy, but these guys separate the same ol' bar feel by adding a live band that kicks off around 11.

The only thing I didn't really like was the design and seating. Both were a little hodge podge and didn't quite seem like there was a harmonious style. The main seating tables are a little close together and the lighting was a little brighter than I would have preferred. Some designs, like the metal sports guys on the wall are borderline cheesy and the kitchen opening is so wide and exposed, I thought that's where I'd need to go use the restroom. They DO have really cool sink fixtures in the rest room but who cares about the bathroom in a bar? I do! Clean restrooms mean someone's making the rounds to make sure the place is tidy.

All in all, it was a good night, great place to bring the fellas.

P.S. My burger was so good that after two days, the left-overs were still yummy!

I went here recently for the first time at around 9 or 10 at night. Here is a rundown of my impression.

    - It was very well lit. I'm not sure how I feel about this, as it kind of sucked any ambiance out of the place. It's like a strangely lit restaurant in some parts, and an entirely too bright bar in others.

    - The decor and furniture is aesthetically pleasing, but not all that comfortable.

    - We had the Hat Trick, which had their normal French fries, sweet potato fries, and eggplant fries served with an array of sauces. Not gonna lie, it was delicious and we devoured it. We almost ordered another, but it's also a bit expensive, at least on a I-make-minimum-wage-or-slightly-above budget.

    - There are TVs EVERYWHERE. Again, not sure how I feel about that. It was almost ridiculous how it was set up. I'm talking wall-to-wall, seizure inducing television activity.

    - My drink was a bit disappointing. I ordered a Prime Slide, and maybe it's because I make killer mudslides at home, but everything was off about it. First off, who uses ice in a mudslide? Throw some more vanilla ice cream in there and call it a day, guys. The ratios were a little off (but strong, not weak) and I ended up giving half of it to my friends.

    - I swear I'm not a feminist, but are the female uniforms SERIOUSLY school girl outfits? The men are referees - makes sense, it's a "sports" bar. I was just a little put off by seeing girls in clothing that made them look 12 in an establishment meant for the 21+ crowd. If they wanted girls in sexy sports themed outfits, cheerleader outfits would do just fine, if not better. It just weirded me out.

    - The floors were recently waxed, and both me and my girl friend were having a hard time walking in our heels. I was only wearing 2.5 inch heels, but holy crap was it slippery.

Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. Just...interesting. I give it 3 stars for effort, and should I have a different experience next time (I plan on going back and sampling the drinks some more), I'll adjust my rating.
