Ptarmigan Club

Best flaming Dr. peppers around. Some say they were invented at the Ptarmigan.

Mostly locals but also becoming a bit of a frat house.

I have stopped by Ptarmigan's from time to time over the past few years.  The decor is funky and fun and they have dart boards.  They always seem to have groovy drink specials and usually are not overly crowded.  I have heard this placed called both a "frat house" and "Mexican hangout", but in my experience it has always been a mixed fun crowd.

This place is awesome, you must check it out.
