This place is not great, but not terrible either. I was looking for the best Mexican food in town, so I was disappointed. The rice felt under cooked, the enchilada part of the enchilada was dry, and there wasn't much cheese or sauce to it. I felt like I was eating Weight Watchers for dinner :/. The margarita was yummy though....
Review Source:We had a http://restaurant.com coupon, so we went all out on our lunch. Â The appetizer sampler was a a fairly good choice, although the simple quesadillas were bland and undercooked. Â Everything else on the sampler, however, was excellent.
I had a prawn/octopus/avocado soup that was quite excellent. Â They have a huge menu, including quite a few exotic dishes.
My wife had a more basic Mexican dish--chicken in a cheese sauce with beans, rice, and tortillas. Â Also good.
The free chips and salsa are pretty standard.
They also brought us a small whip cream and caramel treat--for free--as we were finishing up. Â Not sure if that's normal or not, but it was a nice touch to finish a nice meal.
We'll be back.
