Food is average to above average in variety and flavor. Service is painfully slow and disorganized. Staff is primarily high school kids with little supervision or food service experience. You can be the only person in the restaurant and it can still take 20 minutes to make even the most basic sandwich. Errors in preparation are common; yesterday, my wife ordered a goat cheese salad and they forgot to put in the goat cheese. Complaints are often met with attitude instead of customer service. Another customer asked if he could have his hot dog that had been sitting on the counter for several minutes getting cold. The server handed it to him and he went outside. A moment later he reappeared to let them know that the dog was cold and under-cooked and they just stared at him. The owners need to focus on perfecting service delivery for quality, consistency and speed, as well as how to handle customer service issues properly. Â It a great building with a nice menu; the owners and staff just haven't figured out how to handle the service end of things...not sure if they will.
