Was out on the Lake Ontario Wine Trail on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, doing some of the quaint wineries of Wayne County and stopped here for lunch. Â Was a really great little spot, really surprised. Â I had heard a few (vague) good things about the place, but really had no idea what to expect. Â Was really surprised. Â A cute little place, with seemingly a bar upstairs and counter service downstairs, the food was excellent. Â Ordered a pulled pork quesadilla, an interesting idea, and it was fantastic. Â The pork had a really solid flavor to it and the barbecue sauce was a good match for the flavor, nothing overly smokey, but it had a nice twang to it. Â Sides left a little to be desired, but I thought the price was very fair. Â Would like to come back again if I'm on my way through.
Review Source:My husband and I decided to go to dinner Friday night but had no reservation. Â Upon arriving we were told we would have a twenty minute wait for a table. Apparently a mistake was made so we ended up eating at the bar. To make up for the misunderstanding, both of our dinners were comped. The food was outstanding and the generosity and friendliness of the owner was very impressive. The music was wonderful and the atmosphere was cozy. We plan to go back as often as possible but will definitely make reservations in the future.
