Went in and waited about 10 minutes before someone came up front. We ordered fettuccine and I ordered a steak. I asked for salad and my daughter asked for tomato bisque. Food arrived pretty quick but we never received our salad or soup. Nobody came again even to fill our drinks so we couldn't complain until we got our check. I asked for a correction on our bill and the said our bill showed correct price and that our soup and salad was not included. I looked at the menu again and it  does show it is included. This place needs a new owner with customer service skills.
Review Source:First of all...............The food was very good........not fantastic, but  I would certainly go back for the food.......However, the service leaves ALOT to be desired.  We (four older women) were seated by the wonderful hostess Marilyn and were well taken care of....The evening started out very pleasant, Our waitperson, Tyler, was pleasant at first, until there was a drink that was not prepared correctly and had to be remade, and the second was no better.  It was left in the glass. When the entree was served, we had to ask for condiments, which anywhere else, just appear........and the attitude just got worse.........We finish and Marilyn does a wonderful job or clearing and bringing boxes for the part we will be taking home.  Tyler does ask if we'd like desert, which as happens in this "day and age" we order one desert to share.......and coffee, when the coffee appears the decaf is cold......Tyler's mothers reply was as if it were a normal occurrence, She does however, bring a new hot cup....When the dessert appears, they bring no utensils with which to eat  it.  The bill:  The woman who ordered the drink, is  ready to pay for it, but another woman asks him to remove it from the bill and his reply is that she ordered it, they made it twice and she has to pay for it.........OK, she will pay.  So we pay...........which of course we do willingly...the food is well worth it. Tyler then ignores us and I have to wait for my change.....Finally asking him and in a (no better way to describe it) HUFF,  he takes off to get my change.  When we were leaving, while looking for Marilyn in order to give her a tip (and I did leave a 10% tip for our server)  I was "cold shouldered" by the "Mom".  Eventually,I did find Marilyn and told her she had done a good job, but we were unhappy with our server)  Maybe we were asking for too much, but I really don't think so.......I've worked in service industries, most of my life and this would not be acceptable.
