Rancho Grande

In from out of town, went here on yelp recommendation.Food was good, service was exceptional. Very friendly waiter made us feel welcomed. I had the fried chimichanga, had a tasty cheese sauce. Wife had enchiladas supremas that was great. Their chips and salsa were good, they also had an interesting cream based dip that was pretty good too.

I just tried Rancho and I have to say Yummy!!  The owner was SUPER nice.  He greeted me with a hug and lead me to a table.  He made a point to ask my name and called me by it through out the service.  I was the only one there but it was a late lunch(1:30).  The decor was cute.  The booths were wooden(with cushions) with carved cowboy hats.  The wooden tables and the oversized chairs make the place feel very cozy.
I had the enchilada rancharas.  They were enchiladas with carnitas on top.  The enchiladas were covered with a tasty chunk pork, onion, green pepper kind of sauce, not a traditional red sauce.  The salsa wasn't the chunky tomato kind i like but it was nice.  This is by far the best and most authentic Mexican I have had in Fort Wayne.
