The decor is fun, the crowd is good, and they have their occasional good band.  It's a good hangout regardless, and it's big enough to accommodate everyone.

They are not within city limits, so you will be around smoking.

Wednesday nights I would say is there best night and draws the biggest crowd, as well as the "usual" crowds.  Five dollar cover, but cheap beer!  You are probably going to see someone you know every single time you go on a Wednesday.  

They are also pretty packed around holidays, like the night before Thanksgiving or any other holiday.  The 3rd of July I had to actually wait in line for like 45 minutes, and I'm pretty sure the entire night life of Fort Wayne was there.

Typically though, it's hit or miss.  But you will see a really good crowd on a Wednesday or around holidays.
