Came up to winter park for a quick reprieve from Denver and ended up here for dinner. I got the lobster Mac and cheese. I should have known better than to get something with lobster in it in Colorado but some reviews on here said it was good so I gave it a shot. Bad decision. The Mac and cheese part wasn't bad but there was hardly any lobster, just half a dozen tiny bits. Definitely not worth $20 bucks. Bf got Cajun pasta and that was pretty good. The elk sausage in it was especially tasty.

Has options for vegan & gluten free.
    Said wifi doesn't work.
Our seating booth was slightly small for 2 full size adults.

friend 1: buffalo burger was great. (medium)
friend 2: portabella sandwich was amazing.
me: fries on these were insane!!!

My veggie pasta was salty & acidic when served hot. I couldn't quite taste the flavor nor texture. booo.

I will try something else or the Library next time.

Went here our last night in Winter Park. Loved the environment - felt nice and cozy and local and warm. Couple of good local beers on tap in addition to the others. Didn't get anything exciting, but my cheeseburger was outstanding, and my husband got the meatloaf and loved it. They had a wait, so we opted to sit at a bartop table, and the service was just fine in there. Had a kids menu as well.

Randi's is the place to be on St. Patrick's Day. Last night we stopped in for a late night dinner and this place was packed. The Irish band had the bar so full of people that you could barely walk in. We sat in a booth just outside the bar and had dinner. The service was excellent and the spirit of the Irish was in the air. I've always liked going to Randi's and they have good pub food. My husband had the macho burger - it's really messy and greasy but delicious. I love the golden crisp fries here too. Last night I ordered the cajun chicken and elk sausage dish. The sauce could have been a little bit more spicier for my preference and it's more on the creamier side than I would have preferred but the elk and chicken combined was the highlight of the dish. It's a large portion too so I shared with my husband who really liked it too. Would I order it again - probably not - but there are so many good options to choose from that it's hard to decide what to order. I like the spinach artichoke dip we didn't order it last night but I have ordered it before and it's a favorite of mine when I want to indulge in calories. Usually I stick with the burger and fries at Randi's but next time I want to try something new just like last night.
Randi's has a fun bar atmosphere but also a family dining room so it's perfect for families too. I like Randi's. There is an outdoor patio with a fireplace for the summer when you want to have a beer with a friend and talk. Yes, Randi's is one of my personal favorites in Winter Park.

My husband and I were after being in the mountains for a wedding.  There didn't seem to be many options as we were driving so we reluctantly pulled in...we could not have been more pleasantly surprised by this spontaneous decision!!  Their menu is not big but what they do have is freaking fantastic! We started with spinach artichoke dip...it did not look like what we expected but we ended up scrapping the bowl and drooling for more! Spicy, creamy...the put Irish cheddar on top, weird but holy amazing! Seriously, it's a must try.  My hubby had Shepard's Pie, another plate cleared completely. Also, don't miss the house dressings or Beer Cheese Soup.  This is our new spot to eat when we're in the WP area, no question.

I've been coming to Winter Park each year for the past 14 years to ski. If you're visiting Winter Park, don't miss Randi's! The atmosphere is relaxed, the food is delicious, the beer/whiskey selection is great, the service is quick, there are TV sets galore for those interested in watching sports, and the staff is extremely friendly. Not to be missed! (I do not know the owner of Randi's, nor was I compensated in any way for this review.)

Family of 10 had reservations for New Year's Eve and had a great experience.  Staff was friendly and efficient.  Food was quick and yummy!  Rainbow trout was fantastic as was the Cajun pasta.  We would go back and easily recommend to others!

This place had my favorite staff of anywhere we went. The bartenders were really friendly and happy to help us crazy tourists find entertainment. And 4-6 pm happy hour - yay! What better when you're on vacation?

There's a nice (ok, decent) patio with aspens perched on the edge, and dogs are allowed on the patio. The weather was PERFECT for patio-sittin' while we were there, and they had the windows of the restaurant open so the air could flow through, which made even the inside feel a bit like being outside.

We only ate here once, on our last day. I had the wings, and I shit you not - they're tied for the best wings I've ever had (buffalo, not BBQ). The wings were BIG, and the smell was hot enough to kind of punch you in the nose - but they weren't super hot on the tongue. (Sidebar: Interestingly enough, all 3 of my favorite wing places are Irish pubs - must be because they go so well with beer.) My fiance thought his burger was great, too. The fries were just frozen fries, which is fine. It's bar food.

And of course, baseball and other sports play in there all the time. Such a happy place!

Next time we're in Winter Park, I know we'll be back!

Good food and clean place. The cajun pasta was really good, and the ruebon sandwiches were huge.  Decent beer selection.  Molly was a great server!

I come to Winter Park every year to ski and I always look forward to a meal at Randi's.  Their rib dinner is the best I've ever tasted.  Save room for dessert.  Their homemade bread pudding is superb.  Makes an Irish gal like me happy.

I have been here a few times with a large group of people and the food is SO good -  I really do not say that lightly.  I look forward to going to this pub whenever I'm in the area.  They also have FANTASTIC live (Irish) music (I believe it was a Friday night) - it really makes you want to get up and start river dancing and/or recreate Leonardo's/Kate's Titanic dance scene.

When we moved away from Fraser Valley I continued to tout Randi's as my favorite restaurant on the planet. When we moved back to the valley several months ago, it was the first place I went to get dinner.  I was sad to see it had changed hands, but overall it was still Randi's.

My husband and I ate there last night and I am disappointed to say that it was solidly one of the worst meals I have ever had.  The service was astoundingly bad.  I never got my drink and my husband had to wait awhile for his. He only ever got one refill and had to ask three times for that and sweetener.  I ordered soup that came to the table cold.  I had to wait 17 minutes before I saw our server again to even get fixed.

When the meals came it was just bad.  I ended up with a salad, as the first items I ordered were unavailable.  It was served with a dressing I didn't ask for.  My husband's salmon was overcooked and cold in the center, leading us to believe it was a reheated, previously cooked piece of fish.  We ended up picking at our daughter's plate.  That's just sad.

Our server cleared our plates and I had to wait 21 minutes to get a check.  What astounds me about all of this is that we were the ONLY table in the restaurant.
I can honestly say I don't think I'll go back anytime soon.

Great place for happy hour (got 4 black and blues, 3 appetizers for under $30!). The service was great and the atmosphere is fun. Would definitely come back again!

Waitstaff was the redeeming factor for this place but I don't go to restaurants just for good waitstaff, good food is also a pretty important factor. My husband liked the fish and chips but I thought it was over fried. We agreed that the meatloaf was bland. The potato soup was okay but it was no better than soup out of the can. All that said, waitstaff was friendly and attentive so if we are trying to wait out the traffic on 70 again I'd stop here for a beer but not for a meal.

After a glorious day with friends at RMNP we found this place on Yelp.  Great find indeed!! Shepard's Pie was delicious, Fish & Chips were good, Reuben was great...I think they must cook and slice the corned beef there...nice. Service was friendly and fast.  They dealt with larger groups and separate checks without any trouble.  The weakest thing was the kids pasta...next time I will order something different for them.  Extremely bland.  Looking forward to trying them again.

Family and I recently visited Colorado for a Dude Ranch vacation.  Which is just outside of Granby, Colorado.  On our way we had some time to kill before check in and wanted to see the sites.  We stopped in Winter Park, which is ironic since I love next to Winter Park, Florida.  Anyway, walking around, seeing the sites and admiring all the activities going on we quickly built an appetite.

My stepfather wanted to try some little hole in the wall, street side, out door eating only establishment.  However, looking across the street, Randi's caught my eye.  I quickly noticed the Irish flag out front and a small grin stretched across my face.  Not sure what it is about the Irish, but they get my attention.

As my family waits for a table at the other place, I stroll over to Randi's.  I walk in and immediately say "authentic".  The bar was busy but the dinning area was rather slow.  I asked about a table for 8 and the hostess said, "no problem".  Perfect, I tell the family to ditch their original plans because this place is not only ready for us now, they have an amazing menu.

Having a 6, 8, and 12 yr old with us, the menu has to be inviting.  Plus the fact the adults are picky means something better be appealing.   Well, Randi's had everything.  Burgers, pasta, shepherd's pie, various salads, steaks and chicken.  I think they even had a fish dish or two. WOW!

I don't know what everyone ordered, but I got a buffalo burger, a rubuen sandwich was ordered, my son had pasta with marinara sauce and my niece had fish sticks (fried filets of fish).

My burger was cooked right, did not have a "gamey" taste to it.  My stepfather's rubuen was huge and flavorful.  My son's pasta was as expected.  however, the sauce did seem a little watered down, but he didn't complain.  My neice said her fish was good.  We all enjoyed our fries as they were seasoned and a lil spicy.  Perfect.

The waitress did her job and service was spot on.  No one went thirsty, she was attentive to our needs, our food arrived hot and in a timely manner.  Not to mention the taste was fresh and delicious.  I asked my stepsister how her chicken salad was and she gave me the thumbs up.

Everyone was pleased with their decision, no one had any issues with the service.  I'd say we were all quite satisfied.

If Im in winter park, colorado again, Im definitely stopping at randi's!

As a local, this is one of my favorite places to go!  The food is great -  Chef Eddie is as good as it gets, happy hour is well priced and the staff is friendly.  Some of my favoite meals - Salmon Salad, Randi's Burger & the veggie pasta.  They have lots of great vegetarian options.  Ever since the new owerns took over a couple years ago, their menu has improved, they added a fireplace to the outdoor seating and they remodeled the bar - and it looks great!

Worst service ever.  We went in looking for a few drinks, the bartender seemed put out to take our order, because it pulled him away from the video game he was playing with his friends.  He brought our drinks angrily.  We finished our drinks and sat for 20 minutes with dry glasses.  We then had to go up to the bar ask for our bill, so we could leave this horrible place.  After paying him, and saying that we would have stayed for more if he had actually done his job and acknowledged us, he told us that it was our fault for not coming to him (in an empty bar) for his services.  I will make sure to tell everyone I meet that this place is the worst bar I've ever been to.

Randi's was recommended by our hotel for having a great happy hour.  My wife and I walked over about 5:30 and we were whisked into the dining room to a table.  Then no one showed up for 15 minutes.  When we asked about the happy hour the waitress said she didn't know anything about it.  Check in the bar if you want.  So by now it is 10 minutes to 6:00 and HH is over at 6.  So we ask our server in the bar about HH.  "Oh, we just cut it off a minute ago. "  My phone clock shows 5:54.  So now the beers are $5.50 a pint.   This was off putting enough that we walked out.

I will say the menu looked very good.  And we may try again another day.  But the experience left me wondering why I would give them my business.  Too many other good places in town...

Our family visits WP every year and have seen Randi's on our way to Hernando's Pizza.  Thanks to Yelp, we decided to give it a try.  Pleasant, warm atmosphere with good beer selection on tap. We sampled the pub fair, fish and chips- tasty fish and herb chips.  Bangers and mash served with peas was good.  The Guinness stew included very fresh carrots, celery, and pearl onions with tender beef.  My son had the kids shepherds pie with the fries.  I love to see items like that included on the kid's menu, kudos.  Good service topped off a positive experience. We will return.

Because I've lived in the local area for so long, I've found my favorite places in the area for breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc.  But Randi's is my favorite for happy hour!

I couldn't even tell you what the pricing is, because we don't go for the deals.  We go for the amazing beers on tap and the great appetizers.

My husband loves a pint of Guiness straight from the tap and their chipotle poppers.  They aren't like your average poppers either, they have a bit of a kick to them and the chipotle makes the taste absolutely amazing!

I love a fresh glass of Fat Tire paired with their baked bree with rasberry topping.  It literally melts all over your plate as soon as you stick your fork in it, and is so nice and creamy.  The mix of ingredients are heavenly.

I'd have to say that the staff typically has a high turnover rate and they aren't always the most excited to help you out, but the bartender is always up for serving fresh cold beer and apps.  That's why we stay on that side of the restaurant!

We stopped for breakfast on Saturday AM. They were not very busy; there were customers at three others tables and at another four tables outside on the patio. We were served our beverages promptly. The service was very good, the food was tasty and hot, the OJ really good (crisp, cold, and tart), the ambiance fine.

The only thing holding Randi's back from a four star review was that the food took nearly 15 minutes to reach our table from the kitchen. This was not unique to our table - all customers in our section experienced the same slow delivery.

    A solid three stars!

I don't know what to expect as far as dining in Winter Park.
It could be 3 or 4 stars.
I was here during the Winter Olympics and it was crowded and absolutely lively in the bar and restaurant. With that being said, the service was great considering how packed this place was. So packed that they ran out of steaks. BBQ burger was not good.
And honestly, the shepherds pie was not as good as other reviewers noted. But heck, you're here to ski, not eat.

We had the Randis burger, shepherd pie, and MAC and cheese. We had spinach dip for appetizer and a yummy margarita!  The wait staff was blah but the food was great.  Definitely a great place to go while in winter park. Prices were better than most I think.  a great place to check out when in Winter Park!!!

No matter what they say, this place is first and foremost a pub.  They may try to say "oh look, we have gourmet food in our dining room", but it's still pub food, it still tastes like pub food, however it's priced like more gourmet food.  So essentially it's overpriced pub food.

Nothing we got was anything to write home about. The Guinness Stew, which was supposed to be braised meat falling off the bone, not only had no flavor, but the meat wasn't braised long enough so wasn't that tender.  The Lobster Mac and Cheese was ok, but the lobster tasted very artificial (not surprised I guess).

If you want decent pub food, then go here, however that's really all it is.

I ordered the shepherds pie, which was excellent. A great beefy traditional Irish stew with a large helping of yummy garlic mashed potatoes.  Hit the spot nicely.

Others at our table ordered the BBQ Burger as well as the French Dip which both came with thin crispy seasoned French fries that were great.

The atmosphere is drab, not all that Irish, just the name Irish Saloon and an Irish banner on the wall.  One of the only places really open at 7pm worth eating at in September we thought.  It was good, just not fantastic.

Disclaimer: I used to work here, so I'm biased!  However, I managed to eat their mashed potatoes on a daily basis and I still loved them, so I think that entitles me to write a good review.  It's really more a restaurant than a saloon; the only time I saw the bar even remotely crowded was St. Patty's Day.  The menu contains all those things you'd expect from an Irish place- shepard's pie, fish and chips, several different kinds of steak- and it's all done pretty well.  Vegetarian options are slim (unless they changed their menu since my day), but they have a yummy blackened salmon.  Since it *is* an Irish place, there are several good Irish beers on tap, as well as a Colorado microbrew or two.
