Red Lion BBQ & Pub

Good food, some of the better BBQ in Spokane. However, it almost always takes at least 45 mins to an hour to get your food. Be prepare to wait!!!

I stopped into the Red Lion last evening.  I was walking around town and thirsty. I found the place to be quite charming. Friendly bar patrons who made me feel like I was a regular. I also commend the owner/manager for the lesson in WSU football history this guy knows his stuff. Beer was cold and atmosphere was like home. Any bar that has a golf bag from Caddyshack is a place for me.

My husband and I settled on this place for dinner. Walking in, it was pretty empty and there looked like there wasn't even any staff for a minute. After standing there for a minute or so, we seated ourselves.  

The waitress wasn't to attentive to the people who were there nor us. The food was really meh. Wasn't horrible, but really wasn't to much to get excited over.  I got the nachos (which were HUGE), they weren't to bad, but most certainly not worth the price charged. The same thing went for the burger my husband got.
