The Republic Pub

Place seems nice, I've heard great things about it. Food coming out looked great, excellent beer selection. But NO A/C!!?!  Was told it was currently not working. Too hot to even think about eating. Maybe I'll consider returning when it's bearable.

Went July 3rd, 2013.Cranberry sauce seemed out of the can (we had the cheese plate). The corned beef was very fatty. They don't have have the air conditioning on, I don't think they even have a system. My friend and I have been sitting here forever. Slow service and I had to ask for ice water because I am going to pass out. I rather go to the Good Life, it was A LOT more enjoyable. Very disappointed.

I will make this easy for you. Great beer selection, great menu (choose a burger and enjoy) and a ridiculously knowledgable staff. It's so simple, but hardly ever done correctly. If you can save room for a Johnny Cake, I would suggest it.
