Don't get the $5.50 Bloody Mary. My first time at rhinos was last Sunday and the environment right off the bat was fun! Our server was friendly and the food was good. When I finally made up my mind on a drink I chose the Bloody Mary... Disappointment from the get go. The mix was really watery, nothing but a lime and no salt. Not saying I'm an expert bartender because I am not but I have had my share of bloody Mary's and this was by far the worst. I was too nervous to try another mixed drink because I didn't want to continue paying $5.50 or more to end up dissatisfied. I'll go back but as for the drinks, ill stick with the easy stuff.

I feel I should come here one more time to give it a fair chance.  Came here with my boyfriend to watch the NBA finals game (I'm from Miami, so of course had to watch & support my hometown team the Miami Heat!!!)  When we walked in, the place did not look "packed" to my standards.  In Miami packed means you have no where to sit and barely room to stand.  When we came in we had a pick of at least three tables. So we picked the one right in front of the HUGE screen TV.  I mean that thing was huge.  Great plus! That being said the waitress came by pretty quickly to get our drink orders...but after that it was all downhill...

I don't know how long we waited for her to come back.  Actually she never did, we had to eventually wave her down and tell her that we came here to eat not just to order two beers.  She got the order wrong.  When my boyfriend got his order long after I got mine she left again so fast he didn't have time to say, "hey I want ketchup"  So he goes on to wait I don't know how long before he can actually begin eating cause getting a hold of her was impossible.  We ordered dessert that never came.  We didn't even bother.  We ended up paying for wings that we did not order.  What we really ordered was taking so long and my bf was so hungry he just chomped on the wings. But in my opinion, they should have been comped for the lack of service we received. As far as the food, I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Salad, which although not bad, I might as well have fixed it up myself.  My boyfriend ate his philly cheese sandwich without any comments.  Guess it wasn't too bad or too good to say anything about it.

At the end, the waitress apologized for the "shitty" service, her words not mine.  She said they were short on staff and had a huge party.  All that is fine, I can understand we're human and sometimes these things happen, and this isn't a 5 star restaurant where I can DEMAND above par service. I get it.  But if even the staff realizes the service was shitty I believe some type of discount should have been applied.

I feel that in different circumstances and if I ordered something else off the menu, I would have had a much better opinion of this place so I'll give it 3 stars for now...I feel it has potential we just got the place on a bad day.

Rhino's is cool. I like it. Its very large and has plenty of room to mingle and socialize. Music is a bit loud but other than that its nice.

It's a nice, friendly bar and grill in a strip mall. Everything you would expect from a place of its kind. Was very slow on my first visit there. The bikers had just left on their brews cruise or whatever you choose to call it. So there weren't many patrons when we walked in after the golf course. Good wings, and a special price on that day. Everything you recognize on tap and a full bar too. Poker tourney started not long afterwards and things got serious in the room, but the service was still good and I hope to try them again to see how the other fare is.

I'm not sure if "meh" sums it up.
Yes, it's friendly. Yes, it's non-intimidating. And for a bar located in a strip mall, I suppose it does the job. It's slightly less crappy than its counterpart down the road, Holy Cow.

For additional entertainment, there is a punching bag video game that will tell you the strength of your punch - a great way for the showboaters to make a lot of noise, give each other high-fives, and then try to look cool while feeding dollar bills into the machine.

I absolutely love this place! the location is perfect and the atmosphere is a upgraded, friendly sports bar. They host all of the UFC fights for free and hosted a Super Bowl party a few weeks back that was awesome. My wife and I showed up a little late for the Super Bowl party and couldn't find a single seat to sit in. So the 3 owners invited us to sit with them at their table right in front of the big screen. They offered us to taste all of the appetizers that they ordered to include their delicious jumbo battered shrimp that I can't stop thinking about. I was so impressed with their hospitality that it just put this place above and beyond all other similar places along powers. I order the wings every time I come because they are cooked perfectly and have great flavors to choose from. My wife usually order's the french dip sandwich that comes with the best Au Jus I've ever tasted. Their happy hour prices are incredible and tempt me to come more often than I should.

Rhino's also hosts poker nights as well as Karaoke which seems like a fun get together when you wanna go out with a group of people or just as a couple. The crowd here is so mellow and laid back that you feel like you're at every ones local watering hole. The majority of patrons consists of middle aged men and women without the rowdy younger crowd that only seem to create drama and fights. Between the beer prices, quality food and great service this place leaves me no reason to go anywhere else. On a side note, if you haven't been here in a month or so they recently expanded and now have a big projection screen and a ton of extra seating. I over heard the owners discussing how they were going to purchase 5 to 6 more TVs for the back walls.

This has become my husband and I's favorite neighborhood bar! The staff is really friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is totally laid back. We like the place because it seems more like a place where people go to have fun and hang out as oppossed to pick up chicks and get into fights.

Also, the food here is top notch. They have typical bar food but the french fries are amazing and the hot wings rival Buffalo Wild Wings! I didn't much care for the burger- the meat tasted like it came from a frozen patty, but the french dip sandwich is AMAZING! The Au Jus has a great beef flavor too with just the right amount of saltiness.

For beer, they don't have much on tap but they have what is called their Rhino Red- GET THAT! It is soooooo goooood! And you will want a tall too, I promise! Also as a note, this is a true bar. Even if you are sitting at a table they will ask if you want to start a tab or pay as you go so, it is not your typical restaurant service, it is your typical bar service- just a heads up!

Lastly, the owners are great and that is the main reason we will keep returning. My husband and I went to watch the superbowl and when we arrived there was no where to sit. We contemplated getting food to go and watching the game at home, but just then a waitress approached us and said that there was plenty of room at the owners' table and we were invited to join them. And we did! I love that- owners going out of their way to ensure that their guests are having a good time!

I love this place! We live in Los Angeles but come back to my hometown of Colorado Springs a couple of times per year. My husband is a Buffalo Bills fan and we regularly watch the game with the Bills Backers of Santa Monica. When we come to Colorado we can't miss a game and we found this bar from the Bills Backers website. They aren't much of a Bills bar, but then again I wouldn't expect one in Colorado. There is a jersey and 2 Bills signs on the wall, though.

This is a great bar to catch a game no matter who you are cheering for. When we came here 3 years ago it was kinda quiet, I'm glad to see them nice and busy now. They have tons of TVs and there is always plenty of seating. Judging from the huge range of jerseys I see people wearing I would say the crowd is very mixed with different teams. This place is super clean and everything looks new and well-kept. (I think that's impressive for a sports bar!)

The prices here are great, too. The beers can be as cheap as $2, and on Sundays they have really good Bloody Mary's for $3.50. And I don't mean Bloody Mary's made with a watery mix, these are the real deal, hand made with all the good stuff.

I have never been disappointed with the food. Even the "Cheap Ass Nachos" are pretty tasty. They have all different kinds of wings, I love the Sweet Thai Chili. I got some sandwich on pretzel bread and it was super-good, too. Nikki was our server this time and she was very friendly and quick with everything.

I've never checked out this place at night, but Sunday mornings this is definitely a great place to be. We may only get to visit once per year, but we always come back.
