iLife this place. The bartenders are quick and happy to be there. They have cheap drinks and strong ones! Â The only bad thing is their small selections of draft beers. The music is hip hop mostly with a small dance floor. Wednesdays are Word Wednesdays, $5 to get in, but you get a drink ticket for a beer or well. You an rap, sing, act, whatever you want.
Review Source:V Bar is sort of bizarre. Â It felt like a bar that was suffering from an identity crisis. Â The outside of the bar with its modern, sleek blue logo didn't jive with the blood-red sponge-painted walls. Â None of it seemed to make sense with the Star Wars cartoons that were playing on the TV. Â And the crowd was eclectic to say the least. Â
The drinks were okay (but not great), and the seating left something to be desired. Â The booths and seating areas would suggest intimate conversation, but the loud music didn't really allow that type of conversation to take place.
Overall, I sort of felt like I was hanging out inside a dark, spongy...let's just say I'm thinking of something that starts with "V" (like the bar) and rhymes with angina. Â Ew.
