Worst meal I've had in a long time!  Very pricey for what you get.

Went for dinner last night.  Had some kind of flaming cheese that was burnt.  Just tasted like a burnt grill.  The hummus was very bland compared to their usual.  Worst was all was the Mediterranean Pizza.  The waitress told us everything was made in house, but this was completely untrue.  When we got the pizza, it was clear that the crust was premade/frozen and the flavor of the pizza was terrible.  It had gyro meat which tasted ok, but there were only a few massive pieces.  There were piles of onions, which overpowered the flavor.  When I asked the waitress about the crust she asked the kitchen and confirmed that they do not make it. It seems like the food quality has dropped, as we've been here numerous times in the past and loved the food.

Not sure if they're having problems, but their website currenly appears to be down due to a billing issue?

The topping on the cake was that several staff members were at the bar area and were extremely loud, but that could have been the sound since we were seated in a corner.

We won't go back.

Good service. Better food. For dinner, the pasta are excellent, but lunch is the star. The house salads are crisp and fresh, and if you skip the flaming cheese, you are definitely missing out. The gyros are great to share, and load up on the appetizer sampler.

Although this seemed like a rather small restaurant, I think it's the perfect getaway for those of you visiting and craving some Mediterranean food.  Although I found the prices a little pricey for the area, they weren't too bad.  The drinks, though, are cheap.  I'm not sure of any other places in Springfield where you can get dolma, tabbouleh, shawarma, and shish-kabob.  The only thing missing for me was koubideh.
