Terrible service weak drinks the balcony Is sauna hot and the main floor is drafty. Don't waste you time or cash with this tourist trap

Been here 3 times and all 3 times we received very poor service. Can't figure out why since the first 2 times we were the only customers in the place, and the 3rd visit there were 2 people at the bar and us. Our server started off good, but mid way through we seemed to have lost her. We did get to however watch her sit at a table next to the bar and work on her computer and eat some food (gross), meanwhile we needed more beer and food. Alas, another server came on, and we thought oh maybe she'll help us, but no she went behind the bar, spent her time talking to the 2 people there, and was eating behind the bar (gross) as well. When our server finally got up from eating, she walked around (not washing her hands, again gross) and than eventually just left. At each visit we experienced the employees eating behind the bar and never once washing their hands. In fact, the bartender with all the tattoos walked up to her table chewing her food still.
We were never checked on again. Had to go to bar to ask for check, very bad experience. The wings were good but the burger was overpriced.

My experience at the RiverTap was totally awesome. I give it 4 stars cause I plan on coming back and the experience can only keep getting better. The staff was not only friendly and accommodating, they were Hot. Both the male and female servers were up on all the best drinks and foods. The music was loud and perfect. It was darker than a restaurant, but created a great atmosphere for drinking and dancing! Thumbs up and see you all again soon!!
