Volcanic Bottle Shoppe

Small place in uptown Hood River. Checked it out the other day to bring a bottle back to Portland.  Pretty good selection of really well selected beers. Price seemed about on par with the Portland bottle shops (Belmont and John's).  They had a nice laid back area to hang and enjoy some beers that they had on tap as well.  Overall a pretty cool place, I'll be back.

This is a great little bottle shop for the gorge. It has a nice selection of regional and imported beers to go, and also serves a great selection of rotating taps. I heard about this place from the locals, and it's kind of word of mouth place because we don't want tourists getting in (sometimes it's nice getting away from the surfers). It has a very laid-back lounge feeling, but can get crowded quickly.

Great place for a beer and to hang with friends. Amazing beer selection- there's something for everyone. The space is clean and comfortable. We love coming here!
