  really? this is listed as a restaurant? does rosar's even serve food? i was unaware.
  
  anyways, i love this place. awful, hilarious tunes on the jukebox, pool, video games and darts, and the cheapest beers in horseheads. the men's bathroom door says bears. did i mention this place is located next to a gun shop? i love horseheads.
  
  really busy on breaks from school (the only time i'm there, really) but kinda dead otherwise.
