Stopped by here on the way back from a relaxing two day trip to the mountains. We first spotted the restaurant while stocking up on groceries at the Food Lion. We thought it would be a casual, greasy-spoon breakfast. Unfortunately, we waited about 30 minutes for our food after we ordered it (to provide some perspective, I could've cooked what we ordered in about 10 minutes). The staff decided to put 16 to-go orders ahead of our order. At the time there were only two tables at the restaurant. I don't manage restaurants for a living, but go to enough of them to know that to-go orders don't often cause inordinate delays. While the staff was apologetic and offered us a 10 percent discount on our food, they spent most of the time preoccupied with the to-go orders. Didn't refill our coffee or check on us after bringing the food to the table. If I had it to do over again, I would've walked out after I saw them stacking the Styrofoam boxes next to the register. Food was decent, at least. Worth a visit but not worth the wait.
