Mediocre food, definitely an older crowd, & our food was pretty much mush. Salad bar was decent but not why we tried it. Table was sticky, floors dirty, waitstaff sitting around at actual tables chatting. Way overpriced for what it was as well. Mac & cheese was off brand velveeta & husbands fresh spring pea pods were clearly frozen then microwaved. Watched him mash them with a fork with no effort. Both my fish & his steak were very overdone as well. We won't be back.
Review Source:It's a pretty average franchise restaurant. There is nothing on the menu that is going to scream gourmet five stars. However, they are good at what they make. I will say that for the price of most of the items, you should get something a bit higher quality like cheesecake factory because the entrees ranged from $10-$16.
I ordered the New Orleans seafood $15 which comprised of a baked tilapia topped with shrimp, my sides were broccoli and mashed cauliflower. It was satisfying. The service was really slow. Â Even though it was a Sunday and the place was a ghost town at 5 pm.
I ordered a drink and it was both weak and gross.
This restaurant is a family restaurant, for sure! However, they don't offer as many theme nights (i.e trivia) deals (2 for $20) and attractions (crayons and coloring books for kids) as Applebee's. Although, I don't have any kids myself, I do look for these things when I go to "family restaurants".
I visited this restaurant on a busy Friday and had a very nice time. Â Now I had the salad bar and enjoyed all the choices, someone with me had a steak I tried and it was wonderful tasting and another had a shell trio that is on my list for my next visit. Â I really suggest you give them a try and the prices are nice too.
