Salvatore's Pizza

The Pizza here is way better than other every other Salvitore's.

You mean Rochester actually has a pizzeria that has a liquor license? I'm falling off my chair. (and Uno's and Pizza Hut don't count...they have crap for pizza...and yes tried most restaurants idea of Pizza and a frozen one has more flavor than most) The pizza at Salvatore's is decent...not the best I've ever had and it certainly doesn't have me yearning for Italy..but certainly not the worst. Hot meatball sub is excellent..the Pizza egg rolls were good and the wings are great Our waiter Dimitri was fantastic... Nice kid and on the ball. Just fantastic to have a place to go where you can sit down and have a beer, wine or cocktail with a decent pizza. Am sick to death of the take out counter service pizza joints with nothing to offer but bottled soda around here....brought my family here from out of town and they were shocked that Rochester finally has a pizzeria that you can eat in and not have to take it home AND you can have a draft beer too...such progress!
