Sassper's Tapas Bistro

We really wanted to like Sassper's but unfortunately had a disappointing evening there. The service was extremely slow and half of their specialty drinks were not available. Not only that but they were out of Pinot Grigio and could only offer me one glass of Sauvignon Blanc since they were low on that too. The service was so slow that friends that joined us a few minutes after we got there didn't get their drink until we were nearly done with ours! Waitress looked half asleep and was completely clueless. We won't be giving it a second chance.

Came here on a random search for Tapas In Palm Springs.  Food was great.  We had the scallops, bacon jalapenos, a chorizo/polenta dish and an albondingas soup that was delicious.  The staff were great.  The owner chatted us up a bit, while making the rounds. Everything was good here.  It was a nice dinner.

We went to Sasspers when it first opened and back a second time the same week.  This location with other restaurants have struggled in the past so it was nice to see someone come in and offer great food, great service and reasonable prices.  We are going back tonight as well.  Generally with Tapas, you don't feel you are getting enough to eat... not true at Sasspers.  We are happy to give them a 5 star rating.
