Rolled in late. So the only food available was sandwiches with a side of potato salad. Though the meat was tough the sandwich was delicious. The potato salad, on the other hand, was horrible. Service was friendly and my rum and coke was delicious so kind of a toss up.
Kinda funny to hear reggae music in an Irish bar.

Full disclosure; we sat outside on the deck and went inside only to use the restroom. Â I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately, it's a typical NPR bust. The outside deck is weathered, to say the least. Â It looks like it's yearning to slip into the adjacent canal and drift out into the Gulf. Â The outdoor "bar" is equally dilapidated, as is the rear facade of the Ramada, which is need of a full renovation or a wrecking ball.
I ordered my burger medium rare.  What I got was a well-done hockey puck shrunk to  two-thirds the size of the bun on which it was served.  The pizza we got was a bland crust with an even more bland sauce topped with canned mushrooms.  We all had flashbacks of the 6th grade cafeteria.   Our third dish was the Ruben, which was apparently not too bad.  The fries and sunset were the best parts of our meal.
Walking through the bar to use the restroom revealed a dated decor. Â I'm all for dive bars but this place just felt skeevy. Â I suppose the restroom belongs to the hotel, not to the bar but again, it was dingy, dirty and run down. Â Avoid this place.
