Savioli's Ravioli

More than ravioli, they sell takeout containers of amazing homemade Italian entrees.  They have the highest quality deli meats and cheeses around.  I crave their prosciutto sub with sharp provolone and the best tiramisu I've ever had.

The best fresh made ravioli in North Jersey bar none.  Savioli's Ravioli (yes, that is the owner's real last name) sells ravioli with traditional fillings like meat and cheese.  These are typically available freshly made 25 to a box.  They are smallish 1.5" squares so a family of four could eat almost a hundred ($12) for dinner.... seriously.  On the exotic side they also offer fillings like lobster, shrimp, eggplant, spinach and smoked mozzarella with sun-dried tomato and a primavera ravioli.  These are usually only available in the cold case frozen and cost a little more.  My friends and family prefer the standard meat ravioli to all the others.  This site is a traditional Italian deli with any sauces, cheese, bread, etc. you may need to finish the meal.  Note: Savioli's Original North Jersey Ravioli still operates on 65 Pacific Avenue in Garfield, NJ, but there is no deli at that store... just ravioli.
