I went last night for the first time. I will be going back for sure because of the excellent service. I didn't catch the workers name but he was there at 10 when I went. He repeatedly came to me and asked if my group of friends or I needed anything. I wish I got his name so I could personally thank him.  Because of him Season Ticket has a new regular:)

I just hope the other workers treat me with the same service as him.

I'm rating their service & wings which they claim to be "the best wings in the OC"

Tried their wings for the first time yesterday. The cashier was nice enough to let me sample their wing sauce to help me gauge whether to get "regular" or "hot". The regular wing sauce was really good. It had the right amount of tang and heat to it. I'm actually salivating just recalling the taste. The chicken wings themselves were OK. I wish they were a more fried because eating the skin felt a little gross after a while.  Some wings were fried just right and some, not enough. The wings came with 4 celery sticks and watered down bleu cheese. I've never seen watery bleu cheese like that in my life, ranch maybe, but not bleu cheese.

The service was pretty bad for a slow day. For the 45 minutes that my boyfriend and I were there, the waitress did not check up on us- not once. She should have at least asked if we needed anything else before going M.I.A. Instead, we walked all the way from the 21+section to the cashier to ask for extra dressing for my salad and wet naps. I mean, what if we needed extra watery bleu cheese?!

I would come back here one more time just to see if the batch of wings I had was a fluke. Maybe someone took it out a little too early and didn't let it crisp up enough. I also hope that the servers pay a little more attention to their customers and their needs. I'll definitely update once I come around to that second visit.

Season Ticket Family Pizza you are the best!! I went a  week in advance to inquire about having a bday party here. The owner/manager was super nice and helpful. He gave me a tour of the place, quotes for all types of packages, and best of all recommended a nice room for the party.  This place is huge and excellent for big groups.  They have a nice area for the kids with lots of games.  They have an adult room for crowds over 21 ( i think or 18, not sure) which is very nice and another really nice room on the opposite side good for a private party. This room has a door that is connected to the kids area ( i called it the kid zone lol) and i called this room the Raider room because of the decor. I loved the place. But the main room is huge!  There are sport things everywhere, tvs, and the food is good.

Soooo I was sold! Thankfully, I found a great place on my first visit. I had 3 places lined up and well this place won. The staff is super nice and helpful.  I went ahead and booked the "Raider room" (what I call it).. it holds 75 people but i booked it for 40.  It had 3 big tv's, a few tables and chairs,  dark lighting, a utensil table, a shelf, and overall nice dark decor. I loved it and it went well with our Birthday Sport (Raider) theme.   Get this!! THERE was NO charge for the reservation of the room like other places.  They were super cool and said I could book it for whatever time ( no other people had it booked) and could use it for as long as I want ( given of course I dont stay past the business hours..almost did haha jk).  They were nice enough to show me every option for the food and well they have an awesome summer special for $19.99 that includes 4 drinks, extra large pizza, and a large salad.  Get a few and you have enough for a big party. The meat pizza was delicious.  We were able to bring cake, chocolate strawberries, cupcakes, our decorations, balloons, and they had no problem with it.  One of the servers kept saying "you guys are awesome" HAHAHA... really they were the awesome ones because they were so helpful and nice.  So thank you!!! The face on my boyfriend when he realized this party was for his bday was PRICELESS.  We left  the place upside down since the trashbin was full which I apologize. I really wanted to clean it up but like I said thank you so much!!! We definitely will go back and clean up next time hehe. So sorry but thank you!    I know this super long but I am very grateful.   The only cool thing that could be added to this place is karokee :)

This is by far one of my favorite places to catch a game. They have different rooms where you can be away from the crowd and feel like you're in your own private viewing area. We call this place "the spot" as it's where we go after our softball games because it's great for large groups. We tend to overspend a little when we go but the food and atmosphere are worth it. You can usually catch a break though with their Facebook deals. One of the managers, Lucas, is awesome. Thanks for the great service!

Went here for a team party. Pizza wasn't great but I wouldn't care about that. It was the service, it took 45 minutes to get a cheese pizza and the family next to us waited over an hour. Kids that worked there didn't seem to care. Found them behind the building smoking when we left. Kids did enjoy the arcade and the salad was good.

Ok we went back, and the pizza was really good. Nice thin crust, and toppings were great. Maybe the cook was different the last time we were there. The cashier was not so friendly, but some of the other girls working were sweet.

Is 'Something Rotten in the State of Denmark,' or maybe I just ate too many hot wings again....I'm not really sure.  I have gone from a huge Season Ticket fan to just kind of A-Ok.  Not a hater by any means, but I'd like to see some improvement.

The wings are not as good as I remembered them being.  Not fried hard and up to .75 on Wing Wednesday.  Why is everything now on a 'cash special.'  I am not anti-cash but it just strikes me funny that everything is cash oriented now.  This is a big place, not  a hole in the wall 'cash only' doughnut shop.

I hope they can turn it around.  I'm sure that they will keep the little league business, but they need to get things back in order.

I was here yesterday for a fantasy baseball draft. This place is CAVERNOUS and clean. There are separate rooms where a draft fits perfectly. The room we were in came equipped with like six flat screens and the paint on the walls was conducive to watching games.

I was disappointed that they didn't offer an IPA on tap but I had a Newcastle instead. I also ordered a Pastrami Melt and that's why I only gave my experience three stars. The pastrami was fatty and greasy and the fries did not look appealing. I had half the sandwich and I did not touch the fries.

Next time I'll try the Tuna Melt or I'll have pizza or a burger. This place is very nice but they need to make a decision on that Pastrami Melt. I get my meat at Costco and Columbus sells a very clean product there. It's like 93% lean.

    Just a thought.

I like this place a lot but my wallet does not. They make an ok pizza. To thin for me. They should give you a couple of different options to comfort a larger portion of their clientel. Not everyone likes a super thin crust pizza. Pizza, and wings are overpriced. They do make good sandwhiches, sliders, wings, and salads. Some of the best wings i've had. Not knocking the food completely. It is what it is, but the prices are to much. Wish they would take them down a notch.

Also, their large pizza is more of a medium so if you want a true large pizza you have to get an x-large which of course costs more money. Dont like how they have their pizza sizes set up.

All in all my family and I do enjoy coming here. I recommend coming here when they have their weekly specials so your wallet doesnt feel it so much.

My family and I would come here much more often if the prices were lower. Great atmosphere for anyone who enjoys a good beer, and sports. Kids love it to.

They have (or should I say had) a Monday Night Football Deal:
    Pay Cash and get:
    - $5 Large Pizza
    - $5 Classic Cheeseburger
    - Thirsty Thursday Beer Prices
    - Wing Wednesday Wing Prices

I ordered a large 'basic' pepperoni, and Holy Cow! I was blown away! I'm totally on a diet, but this was "diet-ditching-worthy"!!!! And for $5, I couldn't loose!

The food is good, honestly. The prices aren't exactly a steal, but they aren't super expensive either.

The staff? Not so great from what I can tell. The particular person who served us (Julie) was incredibly rude and could not care less about the customers. Excellent guest service can make or break and experience.

Other than that, the entire place is pretty nice for a sports bar although it seems that they could focus on keeping it a little more clean.

If you just want to go in and have fun watching sports while eating pizza + wings, this place does the job.

OMG!!! I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD STUFF ABOUT THIS PLACE!

The pizza is excellent! You can taste the freshness and know right away that their ingredients are top quality. This was my first time trying it and I have to say it will not be my last!!

I read some of these negative reviews and honestly I can tell you the type of customer writing them: impossible to please...

I cannot WAIT to come back here again! Super nice people!

Such a fun place to go and hang out to catch a game. Great beer, wing and pizza specials on different nights of the week. They just started serving fish tacos, which are really great! We don't usually go when there are tons of people (team games, huge play off games) but we always sit in the adults only room, so it's a little lest chaotic with less kids around.

I don't get all of the negative reviews. Good food, good tv set up...friendly atmosphere. Give it a try!

Wings-Definitely NOT the best in OC
I must admit I've enjoyed the "kickers" from Dominoes more than these.
We got the 16 pc for 13.99
Texture tells me they go from freezer to fryer.
Dry meat, tough overall texture. Many hard and dry spots. No luscious juiciness like good, fresh wings have.
Sauce (hot on wings, extra got on the side) was decent, but ranch served with celery was thin and runny.
    2 stars

Internally the space has a sports-saturated kid-friendly, comfortable vibe. Big TVs everywhere to zone out on sports and maybe drink some beer.
1 added star for decor and atmosphere. Ample seating, but the place does get packed.
Didn't order Pizza, but it looked a little thin for the price.

I came here to watch the Lakers play. They have a cool private sports room where they just have a few tables and chairs. Its a good place to just hang out, drink, and watch the game. During my visit I tried their cheese pizza. Price is okay and the pizza is okay too. The pizza was kind of greasy. They also have good happy hour deals.

Don't come here on 2 for 1 pizza night...you will wait an hour to get your pizza.  It sucks when you have little kids that are hungry.   And the pizza isn't even that great.  If you like hot wings and beer only, this is the place.   But that's about it.

Awful customer service! Management is unprofessional, dishonest, and disorganized. Booked a room over 2 months in advance for a birthday and called an additional 4 times to confirm. Went in day before to check out room. Told we could not have a room.  Rooms are for teams only. After several complaints owner gave us 21 and over room. Worked out well, but we were disappointed to find the room we originally booked was for another birthday. They lied.

Pizza tastes like microwave thin crust.

Good stuff. Not a fan of their pizza - it's a little too thin for my taste and the toppings / sauce are average (not bad, not great). The wings on the other hand - they save the day! The bone in wings are probably the best I've ever had - their buffalo sauce is a good time!  The sliders are also pretty tasty. Also, they have several great beers on tap! The arcades are a bit pricy but it's nice to be able to eat some wings, drink some beer while the kids have a good time in the arcade. They added food / drink specials which is also a plus!

We stopped here after our day at Knott's Berry Farm at 11pm. This place was open till 12am. It's huge and clean. I could see many gatherings at this place for all you sports fans and kids. Nice arcade room and flat screen tv's.  The pizza was really tasty with yummy sauce. Usually don't eat thin crust but it was delicious. We also ordered hot buffalo wings and it was really good. Glad we stopped by and will be back again.

Don't trust the people giving this place a five star rating especially when it comes to the pizza.  I think these people are employees or friends of the owners. The pizza goes limp right when you pick it up. Chuck e Cheese pizza is 10 times better and that pizza is crap. The employees of this place always seem like they are being put out when they help you. This place has great potential but the quality needs to improve. Every time our kids have to attend a team party here we alwyas pick up McDonalds before we get here.

The pizza is good, I would give it another shot. It is thin, thin pizza isn't what I prefer, but if the pizza is made right, I am ok with a thinner version. There is a ton of room! I personally think it is for the kiddos to run around, but who knows. So far hey have done well with this idea, but they might do better if they make better use of their space.

My favorite thing about this place is that it has an ADULT ONLY room. This is a great spot if you don't have kids and want to watch the game and enjoy a cold beer.

This place is amazing. Huge. clean, and spacious! Especially great for kids, & sports teams etc. ( but for the kid weary - there is a room very well equipped reserved for adults only)

The meatball sandwich is to die for, seriously. I've had that so many times I don't know much about the rest of the menu, EXCEPT for the pizza which is also exceptional. The owners are apparently also sometimes the cooks, and they deliver delicious pizza with a really a unique and delicious sauce. It's so goooood. I stuff my face every time I go here, I always leave and make a beeline straight for the couch -- food coma. nap. mmmmm.

I happened to be there while there were some ridiculously rude customers, and I was pleased to see the staff handle them with patience and grace. I myself would not have been so nice! The owners are awesome, they're totally interactive and involved and you can almost always see them making the rounds, checkin up on everything. Plenty of beer on tap, fun atmosphere, & an awesome staff. I'm so stoked to find a place in the area that I can bring kids & still catch the game! I will return again, and again.

I am giving it a two only because the food is good and beer is cold. I frequent this place because it has room to fit my ATV club. We order individually and everything is OK.  The management needs serious attitude adjustments. Just this weekend we thought it would be good to use them for a large birthday party, and it was a complete RIP OFF. The prices changed a number of times within minutes after we reserved and preplanned months ahead of time. The game machines ate at least $20 worth of tokens, did not dispense tickets, and nobody gave a damn. I believe it was the owners son who said, "nothing we can do". The kids were miserable :(

We went to season ticket for a team pizza party. The place is big and has a great game room, but that is where it stops.

We waited for over and 1 hour and 30 minutes to receive our food with no apoligies from the staff at all for the long wait. The pizza was cold, cheese fries had a nasty 7-11 type cheese sauce one them.

Overall bad experience with an unfriendly staff and poor food. It has great potential, but needs new management. Will not return.

Kinda resembles a frozen pizza.  The sauce was a little too sweet for me.  And not cheesy enough.  It came on a thin crust, for a big place i wish they had options of choosing different styles like a thicker crust. Nothing really fused together.
I think its a little to spaced out, meaning they have alot of room and don't seem to to maximize it.
it was suggested to me that it for the kids to run around. who knows.

This was a nice place to watch the playoffs.  The wings are taste pretty standard, the garlic bread with marina is awesome, but the Beef Dip Sandwich...OMG it was really good.  The beef was really tender even though it was thick cuts.  It's a huge place and it can get a little hectic.  My only real complaint is that you stand in a line to order food or beer and the server has to find you in that jungle.

It's NBA playoff time, and wanted a place I can go regularly so that I don't have to high five myself when amazing happens (I hope that promotional campaign is done with, before I show the NBA how amazing a foot shoved...).

Tuesdays and Thursdays feature pretty good deals for groups: buy one get one free pizza on Tues and $5 pitchers of beer on Thurs. The pizzas are pretty decent. The Season Ticket pizza has chicken and wing sauce I think, which seems a pretty efficient way of getting many good things at once. I'm really diggin the buffalo wings- medium feels like a true medium, and not just some weak sauce slathered on top.

The space can hold plenty of people in the main floor, with an arcade to one side and an adults only room to the other. I haven't been to the arcade, but often find little leaguers playing the games. The main room has plenty of space to kick the legs out, making for a fun obstacle course for all the kids running about. The tv's pretty much cover all angles and are large enough for wherever a person sits. The VIP adults room is nicely furnished with two large tv's, with plates and condiments at the ready. Pretty cozy as well.

    Misc.
The staff is helpful and attentive, even the haters among them.

Lately there have been giveaways for t-shirts and logo mugs which were pretty cool.

The bathrooms are clean, always a good sign for a place that serves food.

I'll give it a tentative 4 as I go through the menu.

Think of putting together HUGE adult sports bar with Chuck E Cheese and you'll get this place.  I can't believe how big this place is...seriously...perfect for those after game parties.  I'll review each part of my experience:

Atmosphere: 5 stars.  Clean and plenty of room to stretch your legs :D Only downside is the owners must be Raider fans and there are Raider signs everywhere...Blech...can't dock em for that tho.

Food: Overall 3 stars cuz pizza was OK. Large Pepp+Mush (automatically comes thin crust) + BBQ wings + Soda = $32.  Pizza was decent, Wings were overcooked and doused in sauce.  for a sportsbar tho I wasn't disappointed ... I just know not to order wings again.

Things to know: VIP room for game watching doesn't allow kids...  A million tv's around so you won't miss anything if you are with kids.  "Kid Zone" is really lame, but, my son loved it so who am I to judge LOL.  99% of the games are those ones where you put in tokens and try to win tickets.  Then there are a couple skee ball's, basketball shooters, and video games for older kids.

They serve at least 6 tap beers that I could see and have a much larger menu than just pizza and wings so I plan on returning to try their other fare.  Overall a good experience and me thinks a few beers might make me forget how truly bad those wings were LMAO.  I will return.

I have been going back and forth on how to rate this place.  Here is the deal.  If you are a parent of one or more curtain climbers and want to have a beer while your kids runs wild.  This is perfect.  If you want to come and chill and watch the game with your buds or your girl?  Not really that place.  They do have a seperate room for just adults but then you just have the pizza.  The taste of the pizza was pretty good but man oh man it jacked me up a few hours later.  Its just real greasy.  I get it, it pizza.  I eat my weight of the stuff so i do know what the benchmark for pools of grease on the pizza should be.  Fair prices, super cool staff and plenty of room for the kids to run wild and I do mean WILD.  Its like a chucky cheese with Flat screens.  I have three kids, so its not that i dont get the "kid thing".  But damn, it was a little much.  Kids running in between the tables and around our table playing tag.

So why the high mark?  Because thats what they set out to do.  Its a town pizza place that supports its youth leagues and gives them a place to come to after games.  Its a place where you can go with kids and go with your friends and still be able to talk and relax and have a few pitchers.    If I had a suggestion, it would be to have some Refs on the field monitoring the lunacy.  Seriously.  Put a few employees in strips and have them usher the violators back into the penalty box (arcade)
I left thinking i wouldn't come back because it just wasnt my speed but the more I thought about it, it may have been where i was sitting.  AVOID the seats when you first walk in on the hardwood.  Move to the right and sit in there.  Probably a better spot  As for everything else.  They do good stuff.  I will say that the BBQ chicken pizza was pretty bomb.  My folks ordered that and I tried it.  Worth trying but i will say you have been warned!

The family and I were drivng around thinking of a good pizza place for the kids and for us to catch the Laker game...every spot we went to were playing the hockey game (olympics) by chance we spotted this place driving down Valley View. I ran in and they were also playing the hockey game, one worker, don't know his name (but he hates the lakers lol) asked if I needed anything...asked if it was possible to turn one of the many flat screens to the bball game...said "of course!" asked how many in  my party...walked back to the car to get everyone else, came back in...he had one of the big screens playing the game and even arranged our table so everyone in our party could see the game. That's wassup!

The place is very spacious...a room for the kids to run around in...and a room for strictly adults...and the main room in the middle for both. Tables were spread apart which was nice..didn't feel like you were rubbing elbows with the ppl from the table next to you. Great food and beer selection as well. Enjoyed this place so much more the John's Incrediable pizza in BP...the staff makes this place even better...attentive and friendly.....will be back for sure.

Was here with the family a couple of weeks ago. The pizza was great...the crust was just right, not to hard not to soft!!! They load up the toppings...they don't skimp here!!! Buffalo wings were excellent!!! They have a special deal on Tuesday to Thursday which is a Large 17" pizza with 2 toppings, family sized salad and a pitcher of soda for $20!!! One of the best deals in town for a family on a budget.  Game room for the kids was great...I even enjoyed myself!! =)

This place is pretty huge and very, very clean!!! I work in the culinary industry and this place is top notch when it comes to the food, service, cleanliness!!! If you want to see if a place is run correctly...look at the bathrooms. If it's dirty...you can bet that the rest of the place is too.

You will not be sorry if you try this place!!! This family has placed there heart and soul into this one. Enjoy!!!

My husband and kids checked this place out recently.  It's a nice large space with multiple separate rooms for parties.  There are a LOT of TVs and a gameroom for the kids...they can play games with tokens, earn tickets, and redeem them for prizes - Chuck E. Cheese style.  We didn't love the pizza.  It was really greasy and the crust is not like traditional "bread" crust...it's really thin, kind of like a thick cracker type of crust.  Our kids didn't like it....and there was a lot of grease.  BUT, we also ordered meatball sandwiches, and those were really good.  It was okay...I think we would go back so the kids can play in the gameroom.
