Shade Rooftop Bar.

Only there's no shade. Nice.

Not a bad place. Not too many college kids this Sunday night so it was a nice atmosphere.

Has potential.

Would be a better place if they had bar snacks.  Yes, I understand the Tap Room is just below and they offer food but why make your patrons leave your place to grab a bite to eat when you could easily offer some pub grub/appetizers.  Think: chips & queso, peanuts, something.
