  Five stars for a slaughterhouse?  Yep!  I went vegetarian on Jan 1.  Worked for a while.  Tonight I needed bacon.  My family used to raise pigs when I was young.  I fed them,  named them,  and then watched them being killed.  Not sure what age I was when I stood my ground but my father agreed.  So breakfast got put on the grocery list.  Gwaltney was always one of the cheapest bacons which is probably why it is what we ate.  But you get used to something and it becomes a part of you,  or at least a part of your cholesterol.  If you could smell my house right now you would understand.  Im having applewood smoked tonight but  you got center cut,  brown sugar,  thick,  premium sliced,  and even 1/4 less sodium if you can believe that.  And I didn't have to carry a bucket of food through the snow for the pigs.

  I Pig out on Smithfield products, more than I ever knew!
  
  Butterball is owned and produced by Smithfield, along with John Morrell, Cook's Hams, which I love, Armour, Eckrich, which is my favorite Deli Ham, Gwaltney, Weight Watchers, Patrick Cudahy and close to 75 more brands.

  I have always admired the quality of Smithfield products and now that I am aware of their other quality products, I admire them even more.  Smithfield produces in 9 Countries and sells to over 40 Countries.
  
  So Gobble, Gooble, Oink, Oink and kudos to you Smithfield for being America's Best!
