I've eaten at both this location and the one in Maryville. I will NEVER go back to the one in Knoxville. We came with a large party for a birthday. The restaurant had been called and a large table had been arranged, as well as a time. When we arrived, the group had to wait an hour to be seated. Mind you, we'd arrived a half hour before the reservation, but the tables hadn't been set up. Once we were seated it took another half hour to have the wait staff take our drink order, and another half hour before the drinks were served. Finally our food order was taken. After another half an hour (with no drink refills food started dribbling out of the kitchen. I was the designated driver and actually had to go to the  wait staff's podium and refill my own tea. By the time our food arrived, the rest of the party's food had been completely eaten. My meal was stone cold, the steak sitting in a gelid pool of fat. At that point I was so hungry I would have eaten the table. The appetizer never arrived. Once I signaled the waiter and told him about the temperature of the food and the missing appetizer, he just shrugged. At least when the bill finally arrived the appetizer had been taken off the bill. The manager never showed up despite my asking to speak with him several times. Despite the horrible service at this restaurant, the Maryville one is great.
Review Source:Pretty good food, my kids loved the pretzels and wings, although their sweet and spicy was a bit too spicy for them. Their IPA was lacking some hops for my husbands taste. I had their cucumber martini thing, which was a little sweet, but the second one I just asked for a little less sweet and it was good. I had the rib eye, it was cooked a perfect medium, but was kinda tough. I also wasnt impressed with their garlic, while it sounded good, it seemed like an after thought that they added on at the end, reminded me of that jarred chopped garlic, which I dont care for, and it wasnt really grilled in. Mashed potatoes were good. Super friendly attentive staff.
