The Sports Bar

On a recent outing the Stalker Club of Redding(S.C.O.R) made a visit to a well established bar in Redding. The Sports Bar on Lake Blvd. has been around a while and we thought it was appropriate for us to make a visit. We found the bar to be a good place to go with good ambiance and great service. Jason our bartender was attentive and funny (great trates) and we found prices to be fair for the daytime. The bar is a little small but there is a lot of seating if you want to get away from the bar. Jukebox can be a little loud so make sure you turn down your hearing aid. Overall we felt the bar was good with a nice outside smoking area with misters. We rate this bar a three and a half out of a six pack.

This was my first trip to Redding and my friends wanted to play pool here. The drinks are good and stiff. The police shooter game and the juke box are nice. I do think it needs a new name. There is sports memeribilia on the walls and in a display case but there are no hd tv's and the tv's they do have are small and far between. The owners are nice and the waitress named Heather was very attentive and nice to talk to. It was rather hot in there but I also have to take into account that it was 110 degrees outside. When I do go back to Redding this is the bar I will drink at again.
