St James Irish Pub

Thank God for you. It was hard to find a drink in this town on a Thursday night. Unfortunately the bartender only gave last call to one side of the bar. Looks like they should cough up the cash and hire some help or have the waitress to do more work.

Had my first experience at this "gem" (note my sarcasm) tonight! Ordered the Texas burger house fries and "daily double" (two hotdogs) with bacon and pepper jack cheese, with blue cheese and the Hibernian sauce on the side, got rubbery fries that weren't fully cooked, got a dry burger with nasty "onion rings"? If that's what they call them? And the two hot dogs which they charged me 7 bucks for with NOTHING on it!!! It was take out of course and someone else picked it up not knowing exactly what was ordered, when I called to discuss how unsatisfied I was a girl who "worked there" but said "honestly I work here but I'm just here hangin' out" answers the phone and says how my fries have condensation on them so really nothing can be done, well what about everything else they blatantly FAILED to put on my food yet charged me for? First off, if you're not "working" leave it to the people who are actually being paid to do their job, secondly, I don't like my order, I paid for it, therefor it's YOUR job to fix it...can't handle that? Find another profession. I will never return to this joint. Horrible customer service, horrible attention for detail, just all around dissatisfied. If I could give zero stars I would.

Stopped here on a Sunday afternoon with the kids.  Wow- fantastic burgers and wings!  Really, amazingly good- we all just kept talking about how delicious everything was.  The kids even put down their phones to eat ;)  Our server was very friendly and attentive, too.  We will definitely be back!
