I have such mixed feelings.
We hosted a work outing here with about 15 people to bowl for 2 hours and serve a buffet dinner.
We originally had gone with the fajita dinner & cheesecake for desert ($20pp) but due to unforeseen lunch plans, we quickly asked if it was possible to change our meal with 5 hours notice. I was pleasantly surprised when we were told that sliders, hot dogs and an overall American themed meal could be provided. I am sooo grateful they were able to change our meals, but I was so disappointed at our stale buns.
Overall the bowling was fun, but it was a shame the lanes promptly turned off 2 hours after we arrived and we were not given a grace period to finish a round.

I've been here multiple times for different events and been pleased each time. Â
Our real estate office had a bowling outing and it was a HUGE success. Â We went during the business day and it was fantastic. Â
My son attended a birthday party here and had a fun time. Â He loved the bumper cars the best.
Finally, my son and I pop in for an hour every now and then for some Father/Son time and always have a blast. Â We focus on the air hockey and skeet ball. Â Brandon loves picking some prizes with the tickets we win.
I haven't visited here in years and just returned today to bring my husband and twin daughters for a Father's Day outing. Dad bowled free which was great! The facility is very clean, entertaining and well managed. We actually had a little incident where our 2 year old daughter decided to quickly stick her hand in the ball return. She of course started screaming, cut her hand and it became a scene fairly quickly. She is fine but the staff treated us with the utmost care. Everyone from the Assistant Manager to the Bartender to the technician were trying to make sure she was ok and make her feel better. Bringing her ice, cherries, a few toys. They checked on us several times and refunded our game without us asking because we had to leave. I so appreciated all of the staff and look forward to returning soon, minus the mischievous toddlers next time so we can enjoy all Stars and Strikes has to offer! We'll bring our 2 year old back when she's a little older :)
Review Source:The what used to be the "Friday night hangout spot" in Forsyth County...
My friends and I (which I am shocked they wanted to go! I mean it involves getting off the couch!) decided to go Friday night. Â I had gotten there a little late (prior engagement)- I got there around 10:30- the place was pretty empty- kind of disappointed since there is a bar, decent food, laser tag, bumper cars, and n arcade. Â Did I mention 2 different bowling areas? Â
I had the pleasure to win one of the random trivia questions (I schooled a little girl on the questions! Â One of my high points in life...)- I got to spin the wheel- and I got a free game- yipppeee!
There are plenty of specials that go on- they keep the place real clean, and smoke free. Â A great place to go bowling- even though the one alley in Roswell is closer to me!
Stacy G. is going to think I'm stalking him, but we both have little kids, so...
Anyway, this is a perennial favorite amongst the little guys. We went in there for two specific reasons: bumper cars and laser tag. We accomplished both with no wait whatsoever, despite the fact that this place is a madhouse every time we're there.
The bumper cars are TONS of fun! They're relatively new to this place, and I hope they keep them. Laser Tag is lots of fun too.
The monsters love this place. I can deal with it in small doses...
Stars and Strikes is one of these mega family fun places, with bowling, video games, laser tag, pool and a bar, all under one roof. Outside of this place, it looks deceptive. They are in a very rundown old strip mall in Cumming. Next door is a Goodwill store. Really isn't the greatest part of town. But inside, things are pretty nice.
I've been there twice in the last few years. On my first trip, we played pool in the bar area. This bar area is cool because they keep the kids and teenie bopers out. They have three or four very nice pool tables available by the hour. I'd have to say these are the nicest pool tables in the area, yet I prefer to play at Indigo Joe's (a little cheaper there). The bar is about average, with some decent beers on tap.
Today I returned for a company "team building" thing in the bowling alley. I'm not a serious bowler by any means, but the place looked nice. Fairly newish looking equipment, clean facilities and comfortable. I bowled a 264... over three games. Should I turn pro?
