Summits Wayside Tavern

Lunched there for my 68th birthday. Whoa Nellie. Great wings, great pastramie/corned beef sammich, great fries, great beer, excellent service.  Pretty waitperson with great smile and sense of humor. Loved it.

Didn't eat but great beer selection. Definitely coming back...

Summits has cleaned up and done much better lately with both the food and service.  The last few times I have been in the food is quite good.  Of course the real reason to go here is for the beer.  If they don't have it, it's probably not poured in Georgia.

The menu is very broad and most of it is well done.  For the burger, the Kenmore is the one.  Other favorites for me are the wings and the fish and chips.
