My friend and I walked past this place it looked pretty good so we walked in. They look to have a really good wine selection there weren't too many people in and there was an employee behind the counter. We sat down she gave us the list of wines and a list of sparkling wines and we look them over, but then she didn't come back for a long time.
Finally when she didn't come back we asked her if there was any other list and she said, "this is a list we have you just pick one and ill just pour, so you just have to just pick one." We were pretty surprised at how snippy her attitude was it thrown back a little bit.
Then my friend asked her about this wine she had gotten there before and the hostess seemed very irritated at the question. Â She told us she had something comparable and then just walked away and never came back. At that point we just got up and left it was not very good customer service I had no idea what was going on so we decided to take our business elsewhere.
Fantastic small bites and a great wine selection. Came in for our anniversary having arrived in town at 9:20 and found not a single restaurant open (save fast food and pizza). Thought we'd try our luck at the wine bar. There was a fantastic yelp check in deal for two wine tasting flights for the price of one. We had the shrimp cocktail (just okay) and the filet mignon crostini. The pesto was wonderfully flavorful and the steak was melt in your mouth tender. Service was a bit slow, but most of what we ordered was well worth the wait.
Review Source:So, this might be a good place. However, having sat at the bar for ten minutes and not having seen a single employee, yea, ten minutes in an employee-less restaurant, I left. It looked very nice and the menu looked interesting, but it seems very poorly run. Why bother with a place that does not care enough about its customers to actually be in the building?
