I purchased the Yelp Deal -- $10 for $20 -- and for two games and four pairs of shes still owed $28...a little bit pricey. However, the games were fun, we were able to use bumpers on certain players' turns, and it was a great way to cool off on a hot July day. Customer service was not stellar but did not get in the way of us enjoying the games.

As far as bowling alleys in the area, every other one is much, much better. When one finds themselves in a bowling alley, one accepts that there will be an immediate urge afterwards to coat themselves in antibacterial soap. However, this place made me feel like I needed to wear the biohazard suits from E.T. in order to not be infected with some sort of disease or virus. I'll admit that I'm not the best bowler, or at least most serious bowler; however I do take it seriously enough to bring my own ball and shoes. Having used both in this establishment, I feel like I should ignite them to kill any SARS or Ebola that might remain on either. Needless to say, the ball return machines were falling apart, the controls were decrepit, and management likes to put "Out of Order" signs nearly on everything. Again, when one goes bowling one accepts that customer service might not be ALL that great. Stelton Lanes defines customer service by the one employee on the clock being completely rude, judgmental, and snide in a way that some bowling alleys call pull off as charming in a dive bar sort of way. This place just sucks. Flat out sucks. I'd rather put my hand in the ball return or drop a bowling ball on my foot or lick the bottom of a bowling shoe then come back here. Seriously.
