Seriously I only ever went because TC doesn't have many options. If you want to pick up an STD this is the place!

There is no "night life" in Traverse City. None. None at all. Except Streeters. And I say again, there is no "night life" in Traverse City.

It's a waste of time and money. Unless you're a young woman and like to be groped by old, drunk, probably married creeps who watch you from the corner like a fat kid watches a cake be consumed by the other kids.

Plus, by the time I make it in, I've usually had all the alcohol I'm going to have for the night, because paying seven dollars a drink is so far beyond my budget (especially after I've paid between five and fifteen to even get in the door) it's insane.

Aside from the fact that they have some decent bands, i.e. Powerman 5000, Black Dahlia Murder, etc., I don't go, and wouldn't suggest that you do either.
