Went with 2 other couples to this restaurant  tonight and had an amazing, awesome experience!  The Ambiance is wonderful, no matter what you are looking for.  You can sit inside and watch sports or sit outside and have a romantic dinner with an excellent view of the polo fields and open spaces.  We sat outside.  The service was first rate.  Our waitress was adorable (I'm sorry but don't know her name) and she was very accommodating. 55 beers...how to choose?  She brought tasters and was patient as we figured out what we wanted.  Between the six of us, we had Mac n cheese, a burger, a pizza, Caesar salads, and roasted potatoes.  The pizza may well have been the best any of us had ever had....I kid you not!  Everything else was also excellent.  In fact, everyone raved over the Mac n cheese and the salads.  Everything about this restaurant is 5 star except the prices, which are very reasonable.  I would highly recommend it!!!
Review Source:I had a great experience at Sublime Saturday night. Â I went in with my husband and had excellent service , I believe our waiters name was Eric. Â My husband had the pork chop and I had the fig pizza, they were both amazing. We also loved the selection of draft beer and wine by the glass. Â The out door patio was the perfect setting for our dinner, I strongly recommend this place.
Review Source:Great beer and wine selection. Â Good burgers and salads (they also have pizza, mac & cheese, and some entrees), although burgers/sandwiches are served a la carte with nothing else on the plate (maybe some chips or garnish?). Â Service was friendly and they have nice views from the enclosed patio area. Â Parking is valet only. Â Overall, a welcome addition to the area.
Review Source:Tonight was one of the worst experiences I've ever had for a new place. Our party of six ordered our meals and the fish was overcooked and our lamb shank was dry as the bone it came on. Complained to the owner and he simply said, "thanks for the feedback". No offer for dessert as we wanted to try the banana cream pie. He said, its pre-sliced and can't give us a taste. I give them about six months of survival. We will certainly get the word out on this "tavern".
