The ONE star is for the breakfast hour..
The service here is almost always bad, but this morning was especially bad.
I went in at around 7:36am and immediately I could see the hefty girl behind the counter become flustered. She asked what I wanted and I told her. Â She took the flatbread out of the bread refrigerator thing and tossed it down on the counter, like a frisbee. Â I saw the thing actually spin a little before it plopped down on the counter. Â
She heated it up after preparing the other ingredients and then put them on it and into the convection oven. Â I'm not quite sure why, but she kept opening the door and looking in while it was toasting. Â Maybe she was looking to see if the cheese was melted or something. Â Anyway, she took that out, plopped it on the counter and asked what vegetables I would like. Â I told her. She put them on there and wrapped it up. Â I asked for coffee and she gave me the cup and then told me the coffee dispenser would not work. Â She brought a rod from the back room and installed it when I wasn't looking and allowed me to pump coffee into the tiny cup that she didn't give me a choice for.
I started pumping the coffee and noticed that it was darker than usual. Â I asked for creamer and she reached into the small fridge they keep behind the counter and pulled out two (i suppose they are rationing creamers too). After watching them roll around on the counter when Hefty dropped them down I paid. I prepared my coffee and left.
When I got to work I noticed that the coffee was ice cold and so was my sandwich.
I only work about 3e minutes from this Subway so there was no way that the coffee AND the sandwich could get that cold that fast.
I should have taken them back but instead I popped them into the microwave and ate them.
Don't do to this Subway for breakfast. Â The fat girl there will give you attitude and a cold sandwich. Â For lunch, the line is out the front door because there is usually only one person making sandwiches.
Either close it down or hire new people.
