Alcohol in Utah is funny-cocktails are regulated to one ounce unless it's cheap booze then you can get 1.5oz...We came here with a few other folks on Thursday night and were treated to super cheap beer/wine along with some pretty decent live music(the musician gave me his CD refusing to let me pay for it or tip him)!
3 pints, 1 bottle of beer, 3 glasses of Ravenwood Cab, 2 glasses of Moscato and a Diet Pepsi cost the group a grand total of $40. So different than Bay Area prices and truly the only way to drink(unless you buy your own). We tipped well(I hope) and the bartender was very nice.
Totally unexpected and apparently one of the few "bars/lounges" around. If you go to a restaurant and sit at the bar, you are required to order food. Not so at the lounge. The TV's are loud for such a small place and there are pool tables. People watching was fun and it sure was a good place for some downtime.
