  My husband and I had our anniversary dinner yesterday at Suzanne's after riding the train. They are located inside the train depot. We approached one of the waiters near the entrance to ask how long they would be open because we had one other stop to make before we would have time to eat, and he said that they would stay open late if we were sure we were coming back. We did come back, and we were so glad we did. The owner greeted us and walked us through the buffet telling us about her special recipe for many of the items. Everything was homemade, including the salad dressings. She even made us a peach almond ice tea that she had created a recipe for.
  
  The food was a-m-a-z-i-n-g! My husband went back for seconds and thirds on the fried pork chops. I had a blackened tilapia that was seasoned perfectly. There was corn, baby carrots, green beans with onions and garlic, homemade rolls and deep-fried new potatoes. And the dessert was equally impressive. They had a chocolate fountain with fresh strawberries, a lemon cake with peach glaze, glorious muffins and cheesecake.
  
  Since we got there at closing time, the staff was sitting down to eat their meal together. I have never seen a restaurant where the whole staff sits down to eat together. I think that is fantastic. Even though the staff was eating, we never had to wait for drink refills or food or anything. They were very polite and attentive.
  
  The owner could not have been nicer. We felt so welcome that we sat and visited with the owner and one of the waiters for awhile before heading back to Ohio. We will definitely make this our first stop the next time we are in the area.
