I've eaten at TGI Friday's in the past and this experience was by far the worst. After a 45 minute wait we were seated in a very disoriented environment. There were employees crying in the bathroom, one employee apparently quit and was yelling at someone outside, and despite the long wait there were open tables everywhere. We heard an employee tell the table behind us that one of the cooks had split their hand and this was causing unrest in the kitchen, another story was that everyone had been choosing to sit at the bar so the kitchen was backed up making appetizers. In the end while we did receive our food and it was "warm" the entire experience was unnerving as we picked at our food concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen. We had about three people actually function as our server; everyone was busy as one employee apparently quit while another was crying in the bathroom and, supposedly, another had split their hand in the kitchen. Furthermore the cleanliness of the utensils was questionable. All-in-all the best thing about this visit was the extremely friendly hostess crew - they opened doors for everyone that entered and exited and apologized about the wait and thanked us for waiting. The restaurant was likely having a bad night, but most of the people seemed accustomed to it. Definitely not a good experience.

Visiting a good friend of mine that live in this area, and we were all hungry so we had tgif, came in, great spacious area, service was a little bit of lacking, waiter took longer then we expected to refill our drinks, He was a nice person in general but wish he check up on us a little bit more. Food was on point, nothing was dried or bitter, I had the lobster and salmona fish for dinner, it was pretty good overall but in a way the price seem a tab bit high just for a couple pieces of lobester and a small portion of fish for 17.99. Luckily we were there for happy hour so Had drinks specials and the apptz were 1/2 during that time. Great place, prolly be back in the area when I go visit my friend. I give it 3 stars instead of 5

This place opened on Thanksgiving night, we didn't have much choices   and every place were closed so we came here. I am not a fan of TGIF but the food and service were good.

It wasn't the best Fridays that I've been too but they sat us quickly and the food came really quick. However; i didn't like how there wasn't a lot of sesame jack chicken strips compared to other Fridays that I've been too. It's a tad expensive however for the Jack Daniel's chicken. Our service wasn't that great but it wasn't the worse. She didn't get me a drink but got my husband like four. The chicken wasn't bad but it looked funny; it almost didn't look cook. They didn't put a lot of sauce on it at all so it was plain.

I chose to eat at TGI Friday's for lunch simply because it was the 1st non-fast food place that was near where I was working.

Servewr as pleasant but could not give me details on a particular menu item I asked about.  Worse yet, she went to another server and she didn't know too much about it either - and this was something listed on the Friday's menu as a "customer favorite".

I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken, which included three cheese tortelloni and a tomato Mozzarella salad.  Thought the portions of  chicken and tortelloni were small.

They were heavily promoted customers to sign up for their e mail club by offering free chips and salsa if you signed up - and I did!

The food was delicious, but wait for everything was horrible.  It was a little busy and they didn't seem to be handling it so well...  Other guests around us were also complaining.

Always had good food, great service.

I love the potato skins, and wings. They have Yuengling on draft.

Great prices, sweet bar. Friendly company.

I would come here just for the Cinnabon cheesecake....the rest of the food is pretty good, too if you usually like T.G.I. Fridays.  The oreo chocolate cake is a crowd favorite, but sooo sweet for my tastes. This place has a separate smoking section... but it's right next to the non-smoking section so I didn't really feel a difference... -_-
