Oh Colfax Taco Time! The stop off before I drive forever West to Seattle. Â Every person I know in college ate here before the long drive to Seattle; I still do out of habit. Â Tastes like the Taco Time in Lewiston; service is much, much slower. Seriously, I know they actually have to fry up the crispy bean burrito, which is always burning hot, but it seems to take FOREVER. Â Like 15 minutes. Â Do not go here if you are in a rush to drive a long distance; you will go slowly crazy in your car.
