Tacos La Differencia

Woo Hoo !!!!
Taco La Differencia is trying to take over Eastern WA with Taco Trucks all over the place, and the one in Colfax, WA is no exception to the rule

After checking out Taco truck reviews from Corey G <a href="http://coreyg.yelp.com/">http://coreyg.yelp.com/</a> I wanted to try Tacos La Differencia in Pasco but didn't get a chance yet, but on my way back from Moscow, ID today what do I see but a Taco Truck and I am Hungry
this truck is right down town Colfax on the main drag on the right if you are going  West

OK there sign says home of the Monster Burrito !! was not sure if I was that hungry and I hate to waist a good Burrito so I ordered a regular Carne Asada Burrito and it hit the spot, it was big also I was like this is the small one ok then good thing I didn't order the Monster today we will save that for a day when I am really hungry

Lots of Meat and Lettuce in what seems like a fresh burrito wrapper, with some green salsa on it , and a Lime soda from Mexico, I left with a full belly but not so full that I needed a nap
