If this is a taste of Asia then Asia is pretty bad. Â Worst service I've ever encountered at a restaurant. Â Orders and drinks were incorrect and the waitress acted like it was out fault. Â The head waitress was apparently overly inconvenienced by a person having food allergies in our group. I will not be going here again and ill strongly advise anyone to eat elsewhere
Review Source:If this is the taste of Asia, then Asia tastes like disappointment. My family came for dinner- there were 12 of us in the party and they didn't even try to accommodate us. It was early for dinner and they could have split us up but instead they spread us out so that 4 of us were behind the hibachi chef and couldn't see anything. One waitress was one of the most rude people I have ever encountered in food service. She was blatantly annoyed by the most simple request and did a terrible job communicating with the rest of the staff who consistently gave the wrong food and drinks to the wrong people. Secondly, I am gluten free and so opted for sushi. I'm new to this diet and didn't think to mention it because I ordered simple rolls I routinely eat at other restaurants. They brought it to me covered in eel sauce, which I can't eat. I quietly went to the sushi bar to inquire about getting the rolls remade and they told me to talk to our waitress. She was personally put out by this like she had written and crafted the menu herself. She said, "you didn't mention this before so what do you want us to do about it?" I said, "well the menu didn't mention that the rolls had eel sauce, SO I would like this to be remade without the sauce." Her response was that it would be about 10 minutes but they could redo it. Obviously I'm the first person on the planet to have this problem but I'm so glad she had a flippin solution for me. Very rude service and less than mediocre sushi once I finally ate it. Also the hibachi chef wasn't very efficient and everyone's food was cold by the time they had the veggies rice and meat on the plates.
