I bout a groupon along time ago for this place pictures online showed that its a happening place. But,when i went it ws dead know one really there not busy at all maybe picked the worng night. The food was okay nothing to write home to mom about. Prob wont try them again wasnt that impressed
Review Source:Came here on a Friday night for a friend's birthday. Arrived around 8:30pm.
Coming in, place was pretty empty, just our friends and other patrons I can count with my fingers alone.
Seating by the bar is $100 per table and most are a max of 4 people.
Ordered the chicken enchiladas. Rice was dry, as did the beans and had no taste. Not even the salsa they provided helped.
Everyone keeps talking about the real deal. Really? What deal?
Drove by around noon and saw signs of their lunch special was $4.99 so decided to stop by with my bf. They had a good variety which was which includes a main entreé (select items) sides of rice and beans. The service was horrible and the place was EMPTY. So I order green chile carnitas with rice and beans, not only does it take 35 min but to top it off it was DISGUSTING!! Everything tasted as if it was re-heated and it had been sitting for days in their fridge o_0 I asked waiter nicely, if food was freshly prepared and he said "No" that in fact the food was being re-heated. To our dismay, we politely said we didn't want to eat as food was not fresh and left. NEVER AGAIN.
Maybe we will chk it out at dinner time instead Lol

I had a groupon here for 40 dollars worth of food for only 20. That included drinks too.
Upon walking in it appeared to be deserted. But then a waiter came out and we got to pick where we wanted to sit. I can see that it's designed to be more of a dance club complete with stage than restaurant, but we decided to give it a try anyways for the food.
Chips and Salsa were the real deal here. Really great authentic taste to them. I naturally had seconds. Oysters were still frozen when we had them. Ceviche de Camaron were tasteful  as well but lime was overwhelming. Enchiladas did not have wow factor I was expecting. Overall it was an average dining experience.
There was only one guy who was bartending, hosting, bussing tables, and serving. He did a damn fine job for being the only one, so kudos to him!

It seems like this place specializes in $$$$charging more ... I visited this place (bad choice) it was the worst experience of my life!! Seriously, never ever in my life I had a problem at a club... The experience with the manager and the non ethical securities they have as staff are worthless. The fat those guys have got into their brains and don't let them think right.
This individuals feel they have the authority to abuse people verbally & PHYSICALLY.
I had to make a police report, and ended up at a hospital. ={
BE AWARE IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON GOING TO THIS PLACE!!!

I was so disappointed!! Music was great but the crowed was so tacky, talk about under age girls going in this club. When we first heard about this place over the radio we right away said finally some Spanish rock en espanol but my biggest surprise was seeing all under age minor girls getting in with a bracelet to drink :/ ... I know the DJ and his is ONLY 19!!!! But then again they card the men like if they are criminals or just cause they from foreign countries!! Word of advice Tequila Bar... You make money because men spend money!! Not because girls are going in for free and minors...
Wanna try a great club? Go to Fushions in Ontario... now that is club!!!
Did not think this place was worth it one bit! Â First the music, is so-so. Â I went for Rock En Espanol and got very little of it. Â But the worst was when the bartender overcharged my credit card. Â I opened a tab and I didn't double check the bill before I left, which I've learned that is something you should always do. Â They overcharged me drinks and the bartender didn't even seem like a knowledgeable bartender. Â Barely knew some beers and drinks. Â Not worth going one bit!! Â MC & DJ Ness super chessy! Â Not cool!
Review Source:This place by far is horrible! It doesnt even deserve one star. I went I got charged double then my friends! And I desided to leave 5 min later AFTER I had spoken to a "manager" about why I got double priced and when I asked the lady in the front if she could please get a manager the security guard (who by the way is 5 times my size) gets in and starts yelling at me! Absolutely horrible ambiance and even worse service! I will be calling to speak to a manager on Monday, this was unacceptable.

The good:
- Their margaritas were awesome
- Food portions were plenty and good value.
- The quality of their raw bar was surprisingly good (I was apprehensive to order this stuff from a Mexican restaurant).
The not so good:
- We got there on Karaoke night and all of us felt the volume was too loud. If you have  sensitive ears, make sure you are far away from the speakers.
- The raw bar did not have cocktail sauce, which to me was very surprising. When I asked for an alternative dish they were hesitant, and eventually they had the cook fashion up probably the worst cocktail sauce I've ever had. If you prefer to do oyster's with hot sauce though, their oysters were quite large and seemed fresh.
- I was surprised to find the Pacifico bottled beers were $4.50 each.
Reading the other reviews it seems this place is more famous for it's night life (I could see this from how the place was laid out), which makes sense because we got there at 7:30pm or so and the place was dead, as we were leaving it was filling up though.
For starters it smells like cow manure when you step out of your car. if your bringing someone under 21 it's $25!!! to get in. There is no where to sit for free, $100 table minimum. Certain areas of the club smell pretty bad (vomit). And apparently its a big deal if you need to go outside to your car, they will make you pay again to get back in. Waist of time and money.
Review Source:It was positively awesome... Me and my lady danced and drank all night long... The music mix was very good they played every genre of music imaginable... The drinks where cheap & strong and the bartender's where very helpful & friendly... the only con I can think of is that there where so many people it was packed... but I guess that's a good thing...
Review Source:I was at Tequila about 2 weeks ago for their Friday nightclub. I have got to say i had a blast. They played Rock en Espanol, Cumbias, Hip Hop, Dance, Electronic, Salsa, even an hour of Banda with a live Band. It definitely offers a great variety of music. The Staff is AWESOME! It was a bit crowded but what club isn't. Great for celebrating birthdays with a group of friends. Everyone should definitely check this place out.
Review Source:I felt that The STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY!  And about the gum, GET A MINT! The restaurant  served great food. The assortment of tequilas was awesome and the drinks were priced reasonable. It was a bit crowded but it is a club too!  great music good crowd and good drinks. we had a blast!
